sorry I've been late to update, had surgery Saturday morning so I've been resting. kits are 2 weeks old, sadly we did loose a little one. bless his heart. momma & the remaining babies are okay, and the babies are slowly learning to walk!

today is specially abled pets day!

yeti blake is just the same as any other pup! you'd never even know, other than him running into a wall here & there and not being able to hear me yelling for him. he's the happiest boy in the entire world! he loves people and attention!

Annually on May 3rd, National Specially-abled Pets Day shines a spotlight on the needs of pets with disabilities. Yeti is very blessed. Double Merles can have lots of other problems other than just being blind and deaf. and thankfully, the only other problem he has is microphthalmia, which thankfully isn't severe at all!

sorry I haven't been responding, I've been catching up on sleep today! Haven & babies are fine, all fed and warm. no doubt the kittens wouldn't have made it through the frost tonight. I am looking for a soft sided pen for mom and babies for when the babies start to explore!
