Preparing for any emergency or unexpected vet visit can be difficult.

We have a couple suggestions to help you be prepared:

ALWAYS have a current copy of your pet's vaccine records from your veterinarian. Send yourself an email with it or have a readable photo on your phone, some people just keep it in their wallet or car so that it is always near.

Download the myVCA app to have access to your pets records and information.

Consider keeping a few days medication (if your pet is on medication) in your purse or car.

Have access to Emergency contacts and phone numbers-we can give you a printout to keep on your fridge or near a phone.

Make sure your pet always has identification, we also suggest a microchip in addition to a tag on the collar.

Our website ER tab also has the emergency clinics and their phone numbers, we always suggest to call ahead though.

Many clients find home delivery to be very convenient, you can do a one time order or a recurring delivery at specific intervals. Ask any staff member and we will be happy to help you decide what is most convenient.
