Emily Donaldson is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze medalist who takes horses from green to FEI. Emily is also a sought after coach and clinician.

Based out of her own Sewickley Farm in Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, Emily Donaldson is an International competitor and USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist. Emily has the unique ability to enthusiastically connect with horses and riders of all abilities, and she especially enjoys training young and green horses for dressage and sport. Emily offers short and long-term training options, lessons, coaching at competitions and clinics.

Out of 245 horses, Supersonic finished the year as Reserve Champion Horse of the Year at Second Level!! He had a median score of 75.238 and champion was 75.247…talk about crazy!!! I am really proud of Siggi who always gives 100% and grateful to the syndicate of owners who have supported us unconditionally the last three years. Thank you to Barbara Ward, Mary Stark Riggle, Tracey Basler and Mark Donaldson for making this achievement a possibility…it sure has been fun ❤️

Cate and Theresa will be out on October 15th for saddle fittings and custom boots.

Tim Mellott will be teaching a clinic on October 18th. Cost is $110/lesson.

Linda Zang will be teaching a clinic on October 29th. Cost is $160/lesson.

Supersonic at US Dressage Finals last year!

It’s almost championship season! 🏆 USDF is excited to announce expanded classes at the 2024 US Dressage Finals presented by Adequan® and the return of the renamed Dressage in the Bluegrass.

This year’s US Dressage Finals, which will be November 7-10 at the Kentucky Horse Park, in Lexington, KY, is a national championship competition for riders in youth, adult amateur, and open divisions at Training Level through Grand Prix. New for 2024, USDF has added two classes for juniors and young riders to the roster - one at Prix St. Georges level and the other an Intermediate I class. The show, which is in its 11th year, offers more than $125,000 in prize money.

This year, the popular US Equestrian rated competition that runs alongside the Finals — formerly known as Dressage in the Bluegrass — is added back in to the schedule and has been renamed the USDF Fall Classic. The USDF Fall Classic, which runs on the same dates, is open to both Finals and non-Finals horses, allowing riders to bring more horses along to enjoy the facilities at the Kentucky Horse Park.

Bunny traveled solo to Rhythm & Blues yesterday for the I-1 Freestyle and he won the class with a 70.5% and is now qualified for GAIG’s. We nearly didn’t make it in time due to a box truck that flipped over on 476 bringing traffic to a standstill…not conducive to relaxation 😂 A good test for my nerves! Thank you so much to Scott Emerson (owner of Rhythm & Blues) for videoing my test, you are such a kind person! This time last year we couldn’t do six 2 tempi’s if our life depended on it…I still can’t believe how far Bunny has come when for so long it seemed impossible!

I’m really proud of the progress Pari Nurrish’s horse Smartie has made these past twelve months. He’s learning flying changes and is a real smartie pants about them!
