We have recently received some bad reviews due to the fact that our Self Serve pet wash is still closed.
We have continued to make the financially difficult decision to keep it closed due to the still ongoing COVID 19 pandemic and the safety of our staff.
We do truly hope to reopen our self serve once we feel it is safe to do so.

We appreciate all of our wonderful customers continued support during this time.

Good Evening everyone!

We are incredibly happy that we are finally nearing the end of this pandemic. But at this time we will be continuing our curbside drop off and pick up.
We do this for the safety of our newest employee, baby Harper. Who at this time can not be vaccinated.
We will keep everyone updated as time goes on.

Due to the rising numbers in Covid-19 cases we have decided our Self-Serve Pet Wash will remain closed throughout the remainder of 2020. We will reassess this in the New Year.
As for the our Full Service Grooming, we will continue to do curbside drop off and pick up for your pets. We require that all of our customers continue to wear a mask. We ask this not only because it is a state wide mandate, but for our safety and yours.
We want to thank everyone for your continuing support during these crazy times.

We continue to ask our customers to wear a mask when dropping off and picking up their pets. We ask this not only because it is the state mandate, but it is also what we as a business require.
Masks will help keep everyone safe and help us not have to close for 2 weeks if we were ever exsposed to the virus.

Good Morning!

After much discussion, we have decided our Self Serve Pet Wash will remain closed until further notice.
We have found it best for us to only allow curbside drop off and pick up for our Full Service Pet Grooming. Unfortunately this does not work for our Self Serve Pet Wash.

We also continue to ask our Full Service customers to wear a mask when dropping off and picking up their pets. We ask this for the safety of our staff who is also our family.

We would also once again like to thank all of our customers who have worked with us during the past few months.

SELF SERVICE DOG WASH UPDATE:
Unfortunately given that we are not allowed to let anyone into our shop and can only do curbside pickup, our Self Serve Dog Wash will be CLOSED until further notice. We also will NOT be allowed to accept walk in nail trims or face trims at this time, as everything must currently be by appointment.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will post the minute we are allowed to reopen the Self Serve Dog Wash and accept nail trims again.

We have received the okay from the Baltimore County Government and County Executive John Olszewski that we are allowed to open starting Saturday, May 16th.
We will have several new safety protocols that we will be implementing. We can also only do curbside service. We will come out to your car and get you pet from you. You MUST be wearing a face mask per the mandate. We ask that if you or a family member is sick to please cancel your appointment and stay home.
As per the County mandate we will only be grooming by appointment and at a 50% reduced capacity. This means that appointment times may need to be adjusted in some cases. All owners must pick their pets up within 30 minutes of being called and told that they are done. We ask that you arrive on your appointment time, anyone who is late will risk the possibility of being canceled. Any customers who have appointments scheduled will continue to receive a reminder call the day or so prior.
At this time we will NOT be accepting new customers, as we will be taking the next couple of months to get our current clientele of over 500 people back on track. We ask that anyone who has scheduled appointments to please keep those appointments, at this time we will not be able to move any of those appointments up sooner. If you do NOT have an appointment scheduled, we have a waiting list of the people who were canceled during the last 8 weeks.
Please be patient with us as we are doing our best to get everyone back on track. Jessica will going out on maternity leave in less then 2 weeks, and this will only make things tighter schedule wise.
We want to thank everyone again for your patience and understanding through this difficult time.

After listening to John Olszewski,
Baltimore County Executive 5pm new conference, right now it sounds like we must remain closed.
We have emails and phone calls into his offices hoping for some clarification, as Pet Grooming was not mentioned specifically.
We continue to hope for good news, but right now, due to lack of clarification and risk of fines if we did open, we must remain closed.
We want to thank everyone for supporting us through all this.

We were very happy to hear Governor Hogan say dog groomers were allowed to reopen. Unfortunately, we are now waiting for the go ahead from our Baltimore County Executive Olszsewski to now give us the go ahead to reopen. There is supposed to be an announcement from him tomorrow.

Good Evening! We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Most of our customers have or will in the next few days receive our letter regarding our new Covid-19 safety protocols we will be putting in place once we are allowed to reopen.
As of right now we are still waiting to hear from Governor Hogan regarding a date we will be allowed to re-open. We hope to receive this info very soon.
In the meantime, remember to brush your pet thoroughly, and to get any mats out of their coat before bathing them.
