This sweet lil guy was reunited with his family after over a month missing! How you ask? MICROCHIPS! After a quick scan here at Kentown, we were able to verify owner contact info and get this house panther back home. Welcome home Eddie!!!!

Ready for the Ravens!

🎃 Just in time for Halloween! 🎃 Meet these orange and black Halloween kittens, Pastina and Chambellini. These two kittens, black spayed female and orange neutered male, came to visit us today from Parma Animal Shelter for their wellness visits and are up for adoption. PSA: Antlers This video was taken during a routine dental cleaning on a young healthy dog. This is slab fracture of the carnassial tooth. That's the large three rooted polar in the upper jaw. The most commom cause of slab fractures are chewing on items too hard for the teeth. The most common item to cause a slab fracture are antlers. Both sides of this dog's mouth had this slab fracture and both teeth needed to be pulled because root and nerve exposure were present. The owner confirmed that the dog did chew on antlers. The dog had given no indication to the owner that the teeth were fractured. Showed no signs of pain becauese dog's are stoic and hide pain easily. He was still chewing and eating like normal. We were unable to tell the tooth was fractured on regular exam and it wasn't until I started cleaning and the whole side of the tooth lifted up that we discovered the fractures. Please, make sure your dogs are chewing on appropriate items. The rule is if you can't make an indentation with your finger nail, it is too hard for your dog to chew on. No antlers of any kind. If you have been giving antlers to your pet, we recommend a dental cleaning to assess tooth health and check for fractures.

🥰😍😍Cuteness overload!!!!😍😍🥰 These four cutie patooties came to see Dr. Langdon today to get neutered, so that they could be adopted. They came to us from Parma Animal Shelter, who we work closely with to make sure all their kitties are healthy and ready to be adopted. These adorable fellows are looking for homes.
