!! Crochet Kitty's Big Thank Mew list for our Meowlloween Event !!
Saving kitties was our priority during this event phase and we look forward to what the future holds for our community. For now, we want to thank EVERYONE, the entire litter! It seems we had at minimum 16 cats that were adopted and found new loving homes. We also helped numerous community members during the event as well with supplies as needed. Also, each agency who attended got a little goodie bag of special items at the end of the event from us here at Team Crochet Kitty.
First and foremost, all the production team workers here for making all that possible. Without the team who handmakes our cat toys every day, we wouldn't be here. So thank you Lepa for your time you give us, as well as Haley, Maggie, Kaitey, Phoebe, Mary, and Lydia for working so hard each and every day. Your help during the event on Friday was immensely appreciated. Thank you also to Abbie and Patrick too for hosting. Thank you Natasha for creating all the promos and signs, and working so hard up front to help everyone who wanted to buy something from us during our event! Everyone earned infinite thank you's and recognition.
Next, all the food services! Steve from Godmother's Pizza and Sauce was kind enough to donate his time and make excellent food for us, thank you so much my friend for your help on this. I owe you one! Cafe Avalaun also gets a thanks for sending their tray of food, we appreciate it. Fahrenheit-Cleveland for sending so much food, thank you Rocco for sending an extra hand to setup as well. Thank you to Lydia's Hungarian Strudel Shop for baking us an amazing strudel tray. Also thank you to those who baked cupcakes and a few other tasty items that showed up on the tables.

Back in September, I heard some unseen meowing while I was out for a walk. This beautiful thing was trying to get my attention from across the street and ran up to me. I don't know if it was a stray or someone's outdoor kitty. But, it was very well groomed so I assume someone was taking care of it near by.
Beautiful gorgeous kitty! It is reasons like this, finding a stray or cat in need, that we are hosting this Crochet Kitty's Halloween Party Donation and Adoption Event. We want to make sure cats like this (if it were a stray and I had the ability to take it to a rescue) actually have the space to care for them. Too cute, was a lovely kitty.
