Day at the Farm - January 2nd
I missed the first riding group, but tried to make up for it the rest of the day😅
We rode, played a few games (some pictured), worked hard cleaning the arena and stalls, and wrapped it up with a little ba****ck riding before heading home.

Thank you to everyone who attended our year-end farm party. We decorated our horse stalls, enjoyed delicious tacos, and had a "friendly" Florida Snowball fight. Wishing you happy holidays, and we look forward to seeing some of you at winter camp later this week.

END OF YEAR PARTY UPDATE!

We are very excited for tomorrow's End of Year Party.

We anticipate approximately 40 kids/adults attending. We will begin parking on the right side of the road - before the red gate.

We hope to have everyone start coming in at 3:00pm, and opening up the "Taco Bar" around 4:00pm.

PLEASE bring your own chair, and may want to bring a favorite beverage of your choice - we will have Tea/Lemonade/Water available.

Kids participating in gift card exchange - please remember $10 gift card to anywhere "kid/teen" approved. To participate you will need to have a gift card. PLEASE WRAP IT! OR IN A BAG. THANKS!

Keep in mind we do have a cold front coming in this evening - temps tomorrow will be on the chilly side - and all of our activities will be outdoors from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.

ALSO - again reminder - we are in a horse barn - please wear closed toed shoes or boots, and feel free to dress as festive as you would like! There will be lots of pictures :)

Time Table:
3:00pm - Arrival - Meet and Greet - Horse Stall Decorating - TEAM event - teams selected by HCF.

4:00pm - Taco Bar open

4:30pm - Kids Gift Card Exchange

5:00pm - Reindeer Games (1 or 2 festive games pending time)

5:30pm - Florida Snowball fight (younger kiddos - or those with sensitive eyes - we use flour - so goggles or safety glasses maybe a good option - one of the rules is not aiming for the face - but sometimes it does happen)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. If you have not signed up for our Holiday Party - please do so ASAP! We need to get a count on who is coming so 1. we have a enough food - or don't make too much. 2. Prizes for all the games we are going to play 3. plenty of snowballs for a Florida snowball fight. PLEASE let us know ASAP - we are going to have so much fun!

Didn't pre-register? That's ok! You can still join just this Saturday, December 14th for our Horse Judging School! This event is held for 4-H and FFA members/parents/leaders/advisors at the University of Florida Horse Teaching Unit in Gainesville (address on flyer below).

Instruction will be delivered by UF Horse Judging Team members and UF staff/faculty, as well as some amazing industry professionals!

On-site registration is $15/person (cash and check payments only). Check-in starts by 9:30AM and our program will begin promptly at 10AM.

You won't want to miss it. We hope to see you there!
