Ok!!!!! We got a new little boy looking for a home 🏡. He is about 1 year old chihuahua mix named “Rico”. He was some home smooshed on his left side broken pelvis and SHATTERED left leg (like 20+pieces). The vet for Animal Services said he would need his leg amputated BUT luckily he is young that when he saw the specialist we were told he is healing really fast and can keep his leg 🦵🏼!!! He also does NOT need surgery 😊!! So he is looking for his forever home! He is so sweet and loves all the people and dogs he has met!

Sweet “Ari” is now looking for a forever home! She has completed all her treatments 🐾. Message me if you are interested in meeting her 🥰.

She is a 3.5 year old pure breed Frenchie. She had a discectomy and laminectomy of L1/L2 and L2/L3. Her last owner we found out is a breeder and tried breeding her a broke her back. Then when she wasn’t able to use her back legs or get up and he realized it would cost him money 💰 he gave a sad story for someone to take her. We also learned he kept her in a cage all the time. Poor girl. She is so sweet and deserves a loving family.

Pros:
1. Great with Children
2. Great with other dogs big and small (we haven’t had her around cats-so not sure) She loves playing tug-of-war with our Corgi!
3. Crate trained. She Sleeps great through the night.
4. Walks great on a leash. Doesn’t pull, isn’t interested in squirrels or really other animals, but likes to greet people!
5. Loves toys and loves people
6. 90% potty trained. Her last owner we learned never took her out of her crate except to go the bathroom on the porch.

Right when I say no more dogs 🐾 I feel like we get a call or message saying please help. And NOW there are 😂 . This is ”Ari” from what we were told she is a 3yo (in heat) that the owner woke up with her in her crate and she was unable to use her legs or back end. He said No accidents or ideas of what happened. But they don’t have the money to fix her. So we took this poor baby in and she had a MRI finding 2 severe herniated disks pressing on her spinal cord and she went into surgery on Friday. We picked her up yesterday and now are praying 🙏 for the best 50% chance she has full recovery.
