Customer Question: "Your phytoplankton has a hint of golden brown and not full green. Is it still good?"

YES! When you receive your order, if it doesn't smell foul, the phyto is still good. For any reason the shipment comes in bad, please let us know and we will fully refund your purchase.
We culture a variety of species of phyto and add a lot more of the golden brown phyto to our mix (Chaetoceros muelleri & Isochrysis galbana).
T-Iso is much higher in DHA and a great source of amino acids. They are a great addition (a long with Tetra) when growing your pod population.
CM is also high in EPA and DHA and are used frequently for larvae growth. Our initial source is from the Maryland Oyster Factory! Great for all your filter feeders!
We ship your phyto fresh weekly and are good in the fridge for up to two months with regular shaking.
Not all phyto are created equal and variety is great for all those critters in your system!
