It’s true that good things come to those who wait. Our longest resident, Spokes, finally has a family of his own!

He will be flying to New Jersey to join them on January 23rd. For the last 20 years, this family specifically adopts IVDD/paralyzed dachshunds. Not only are they extremely experienced but they are incredibly kind and caring. Spokes will have three dachshund siblings and two human kiddos to play with and to snuggle! Truly his dream.

This Saturday we invite you to come to The Collective to wish Spokes happy trails. Whether it was sharing his story, donating to his medical, attending his yard sale, or just following along - if you were part of his journey we’d love to thank you in person (and Spokes loves any excuse for a head scratch).
