Well that didn’t take long! Our first adoption of the year! Phoenix, our little “big dog” has a new mom, dad and fur sister! Look at the smile on both him & his new mom! Congrats to the whole family!

Today is the Day!!! Giving Tuesday! We are spotlighting the youngest in our rescue; Sophie! You will see a lot of Sophie as she take Taffy’s place as the “Face of the Rescue”. Although those are big paws to fill, we truly believe Taffy sent her to us! With her sweet, friendly demeanor, Sophie reminds us that not all Chihuahuas are “like that”. Today - the day to Give Back, please donate to help our pups in need. 100% of your donations go to the dogs for care and veterinary bills. Sophie and the rest of the Limbo dogs thank you from the bottom of their little hearts!!

Today’s Giving Tuesday focus is on Limbo’s Forever Fosters. Henley and Daisy aka The Golden Girls are both Forever Fosters. These sisters from different misters, are not adoptable and will live with their foster for the rest of their lives. As fosters, Limbo pays for all veterinary care and ensures they are loved and cared for. Daisy at around 13 yrs old has sight & hearing issues. She has also developed age related seizures. Henley came to us heartworm positive which thankfully have been successfully treated. She is very shy and prefers not to be touched. Unless there’s food involved! While watching adoptable come and go, these two thrive in their permanent foster home. Tomorrow, on Giving Tuesday, please donate to help other dogs like Henley & Daisy find stable foster homes to live the rest of their lives.

Today’s Giving Tuesday spotlight is on our beloved Taffy. Taffy was surrendered to Tampa Humane Society while she was having a seizure. Under the care of a veterinary neurologist, it was discovered Taffy’s seizures were hereditary & due to bad breeding. Taffy’s sweet demeanor had her loved by all that met her. She quickly became the face of Limbo Chihuahuas. She left us suddenly at the age of 5 when cluster seizures couldn’t be controlled. Donations like yours made Taffy’s medical care possible. Please donate in her memory so we can help other pups like her.

While our puppies, Benson, Louis, and Sophie are having a wonderful time at Shopapalooza, they also have Giving Tuesday on their minds! Giving Tuesday is Tuesday December 3rd and is a day to remember your favorite charity with donations. Come visit us at Shopapalooza tomorrow & don’t forget to donate next Tuesday!

Here at Limbo we have a busy week coming up! Join us at Shopapalooza Saturday & Sunday! You will get to meet the puppies Benson, Sophie & Louie! Shopapalooza is a festival dedicated to Small Business Saturday. Then Tuesday Dec 3rd is the annual Giving Tuesday. More on Giving Tuesday to come!

Our very own Valen”Tiny” was in the Petpals Best in Rescue contest! Although she didn’t win, she partied her little tail off raising money for dogs like her! Congrats to Tiki T for taking the trophy!

MEET BENSON!! 😍 We adopted a puppy! He is a 5 month old chiweenie from Limbo Chihuahuas - Chihuahua Rescue and we love him so much already. ❤️
