Thinking about all our fur friends we have come to know and love who have passed and now find peace at the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈

As Veterinarians we hold a special place in our hearts for the pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. They brought us joy, companionship, and unconditional love, and their memories live on forever.

Believe it or not, summer is coming to a close and school is right around the corner. ✏️📚

We are excited to announce our first ever “Back To School” Photo Booth! 🍎🐛

🗓️Date: Friday, August 9th - ONE DAY ONLY!

⏰ Time: 8am - 5pm

💰Cost: $10 per pet for a digital copy

No need to sign up ahead of time. Please sign up with our Resort Receptionist the day of. We accept walk in’s as long as they have a up to date Rabies vaccine.

We are doing well this morning. Our staff and fur friends are all safe and sound. We have full generator power and plenty of emergency supplies. Stay safe everyone.

Red Bluff Pet Resort will be closed for business on Monday, July 8th, due to Hurricane Beryl. We are open regular business hours today (Sunday) from 2:00-6:00 p.m. for boarding pick-ups and drop-offs.

We have staff members staying overnight at the resort to care for boarding pets tonight. We also have a generator and plenty of emergency supplies.

We plan to reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday weather permitting. If you have a pet boarding with us and need to reach us, you can contact us through Facebook Messenger as long as we have power and internet access.

Red Bluff Pet Resort & Grooming Salon are keeping a close eye on Hurricane Beryl as it makes its descent. Currently, Beryl's predicted arrival will be early Monday morning, July 8th. Our team is monitoring the situation and Beryl’s possible effects on our operations. You can expect an update on Sunday afternoon, July 7th.

In the meantime, here are a few tips to help prepare your fur baby for any hurricane threat.

Create a Pet Evacuation Pack!

What you will need ...
• Several days of nonperishable pet food
• Several days of bottled water
• Collapsible bowls
• Pet 1st aid kit
• Two weeks worth of prescription medication
• Indoor potty options such as puppy pads or disposable litter box with extra litter
• Comfort items such as a favorite toy or blanket
• Printed copies of pet's medical records such as vaccines

Place all items in a easy to carry bag or backpack placed strategically in your home in case of a evacuation


Additional ways you can prepare your pet...

• Pet crate or carrier
• Ensure your pet is microchipped
• Photos of your pet in case of separation or if you need to show proof of ownership
• Collar with I.D. tag with up-to-date information
• Extra leash
• Ensure your pet is current on vaccines, flea & tick prevention, as well as heartworm prevention
• Emergency contact for your pet

We trust that this information will be valuable as you prepare your pet for any potential hurricane or tropical storm. During times of uncertainty, it is best to be prepared!

We’re thrilled to announce that Crystal Rawls, our Operations Manager, has successfully become a certified Pet Tech CPR & First Aid Instructor!

Today marked her first class, where she adeptly certified our Kennel Supervisors in Pet Tech’s Pet Saver Program. This marks a significant step forward for our team, enhancing our readiness to care for our furry companions.
