PIGLET VOLUNTEER NEEDED❤️

We are excited to announce that we are seeking another volunteer to help out with our mini piglets when they arrive.
Volunteer would be helping socialize piglets aka snuggling and cuddling baby mini pigs.
Our ideal candidate would…
🐷 Must love pigs
🐷 Must be willing to travel to our farm in Paw Paw 1-2x weekly
🐷 Must be confident with animal handling
🐷 Prefer someone with veterinary experience but I am willing to train the right pig lover
🐷Must be over 18 years old or be accompanied by an adult
🐷 Must be ok with getting down & dirty

It’s been a while since we introduced ourselves!
We are the Swoapes! Em & Corinne and baby Charlotte (Shugs for short).

We started our homesteading journey in a small backyard smack dab in the city back in 2016. Backyard chickens (barred rock and buff orpingtons) and were our gateway drug to farming! We dreamed of bigger land, pastures and the simple life to raise a family. We moved to the country in 2020 and never looked back!!! What started with a flock of chickens soon grew to raising a variety of beautiful animals.

Our passion has always been to “raise animals with the utmost love and care”- which is now our motto/ mission/ logo here at Mulberry Meadow Farms.

We absolutely love this life we live, and we love sharing it with you all even more. We want to thank you all for your continued support of our little dream. We couldn’t do it without you. 🌈

It’s time for Michigan piggy families. Sign up asap!

*MICHIGAN!* Get ready, we will be making our rounds in July! We are planning on the weeks of July 8th,15th and the 22nd. *Deadline for the trip is Sunday, June 23rd*. If you're not sure if your piggy needs a trim or is 18 months or younger, we ask that you send us a picture of its hooves so we can take a look to see if it needs it.

(Effective January 1st, 2024 our pig hoof trims are $40, unless you are and 501c3 non profit then they are still $35, please send us your number if you are. And dogs are $15)

Hoof trimming $40, Tusk trimming $45 and a $25 travel fee per stop. We also service goats, sheep, parrots, llamas and alpaca, dogs etc., if you have any of those that need serviced (ask about their prices).
If you are interested and will be available during those dates, please send us a *PRIVATE* message with your *NAME, ADDRESS and NUMBER*, along with how many animals need serviced and what needs done.
*Late inquires or incomplete contacts will have to wait for our next trip in six months.*

Everyone this is Pops💙

Pops was born here end of January, his parents are Papa Misfit & Mama Pinky Lee. He is a purebred Juliana mini pig.

Pops is looking for forever piggy parents- his first home was not for him. He is a shy little man, he enjoys snuggles, fleece blankets and being outside. He does well with other animals. He is doing well with litterbox training but I would love if his next family started him on outdoor potty breaks.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vet check and pre-spoiled. He comes with some supplies as well.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY💙

Dorothy May surprised us overnight with our first ever “singleton” piglet.
A sweet little chipmunk baby who also appears to have gotten her mama’s gray genes too. She is doing well and gets the milk bar alllll to herself. She is going to be one chunky piglet. 🙃

Arnold here made his way from Michigan to New York City yesterday to be a city pig. 🥳

He is adjusting well and LOVES his new hideaway bed.

Extremely excited for little Sullivan aka Sully💙💙

He just oinked on home to Ohio with his forever parents. Little does he know he has a big brother to join when he gets home- Mr. Winston a mulberry meadow piggy from 2022!! Fun fact- his new brother Winston is actually his uncle on his mamas side☺️

Extremely happy to announce that all the piggies are spoken for from our spring litter 🙂 the crew was dropped off this morning at the vet for spay/ neuter and microchipping!! I’ll be waiting all day for the call to pick them up 🐷

We are now awaiting Dorothy May & Turbo babies due end of the month. Expecting lots of chipmunk piggies and possibly even some grays!!!!!

HAMLET🐷

This little blue eyed oinker is wishing for piggy parents of his own. He is scheduled to be neutered/ microchipped on May 3rd and would be looking to leave around May 14th when he turns 8 weeks old 🙂

He is a very sweet boy and is doing really well with litterbox training.
