Piglet update!💙
This boy is so loved with his mama. He often dresses up and hits the town. Oh yah, there was this one time he jumped into a soccer game and it had to shut down while everyone played catch the piggy 😆

Aspen & Moose puppy update.
Sweet Stormi Skyy is almost 1 year old and absolutely stunning. We get asked all the time if Great Pyrenees make for good indoor pets and the answer is YES! Although bred to parade around mountain sides and protect flocks and herds of animals- Great Pyrenees are truly the best family companions. Sweet, docile, and loyal. What more could you want in a furry best friend? 🩷

Chopper💚

Our handsome daddy Juliana pig!
He is exactly what we are striving for in our piggies.
Small size, sweet temperament and of course adorable face.

He is now officially our only JPAR Registered Juliana Male and will be daddy to all future pure bred Juliana litters. Our old man Misfit is officially retired but is happy to have such a young stud as his replacement.

Dogs & Pigs!

I often get asked are dogs and pigs compatible? And the short answer is absolutely! Anytime someone inquires about adopting a pig from us and they have dogs- I always say to them pigs and dogs do well if the dog is properly trained.

Pigs are more like cats than dogs in the introduction stage. Pigs need space and they don’t like a rambunctious dog in their face when being introduced- that will cause the piglet to be nervous and even react.
First we recommend them meeting through a fence/ cage/ pen. So they can sniff eachother and recognize their scent. Once piggy has adjusted to its new home and the existing dog has shown no aggression etc toward piggy you can then do face to face introduction.

Pictured below is a controlled meeting between sweet Willow one of our piglets and her new families dog. Willow seems relaxed and is safely in her humans lap. The dog is being respectful, and allowing the piglet to have its own space and isn’t pressuring the introduction. This is an ideal face to face meeting 💙

Nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy our piggies bring to their new families. 🐷❤️

Lucky boys Bentley & Ollie travelled far and wide to get to their forever homes. Last night was their first night and they did fantastic. Using their litterbox 100% and already demanding snuggles & belly rubs!!!!!

Congratulations to the Girts & their new family members. 🎉
