Hi Everyone!!! Thanks for your well wishes!!! We're very proud and excited to say that we'll be open this Friday. We'll have limited offerings. We will have PIZZA!!,Fresh Mozz and as much as we can get together. It's going to take us a while to get back up to speed with all your love and support!! BATCH #3 in the books, look for Southwind Farmstead Cheese to be back in all of our stores and at the farm store in about 4 weeks, yahoo. We still have the best local eggs and maple syrup from the Wood Farm in Pawlet, the syrup is fresh and the eggs are awesome.
