Apryl is now offering baths at the clinic for cats and dogs! She is offering them on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12-1:30pm.

This includes:
Nail Trims
Ear Cleaning
A**l Gland Expression (if needed)
Blow Dry
Brushing

It does not include haircuts.

Requirements for Dogs:
Rabies
Distemper
Bordetella

Requirements for Cats:
Rabies
Feline Distemper

If there are several mats that need to be removed there will be an extra charge added on. Also if we notice and fleas and/or ticks we will give a capstar or a bravecto that will be added on to the charge.

If you are interested please call the clinic at 217-379-3800. We will not schedule appointments for baths through Facebook or email.

We have some amazing news!! Poppy has been adopted!! Also, Batman has gone to a home where they are fostering to adopt!!

It's that time of year again, the fireworks are starting! If you know your animal is scared of fireworks or loud sounds frighten them, call your veterinarian to see if there is something they can do to help or if they can give you recommendations on what you can do.

If you are wanting medications to help keep them calm, it's best to get them started sooner rather than later.

It's that time of the year again. Do you have your pet on flea/tick and heartworm prevention? We have actually been seeing flea and tick related problems since January this year!!

Little miss puppy is doing great! She has been around a big dog, some younger kids and cats and does great with all of them.

Today was bath day for the girls! Novi went outside and enjoyed rolling around after and the puppy just wanted to play.

We have a new comer! We don’t have a name for her yet. But this sweet girl was brought to us yesterday. She will be up for adoption soon. We need to make sure she is healthy and give her some time to adjust and decompress. We will be taking applications for her, but we don’t have much information on her. She is about 6 months old, will need to be spayed and gotten up to date on shots.

Meet Hobbs! He is about 6 months old, he is up to date on everything and fixed, he is also FIV negative. We did have to amputate part of his tail due to an injury, but he’s doing amazing and it’s healing very well. He is currently doing great with the clinic cats. He has lots of energy, but also loves to just lounge around.

We had a client find a 6 month old, male kitten under the hood of their car. He would have gotten in there between The Hive and the Hardware Store. If he belongs to you or you know who he belongs to let us know.

If he isn’t claimed within a week we will be listing him for adoption.

Well, Cindy’s sibling showed up today. Say hello to Misfit! We will be doing the same with her, she won’t be ready to go for about a month. We will working socializing them and getting them up to date on everything.

Misfit is the little grey one, she is a short hair and all grey.

Say hello to little Cindy Lou Who! She is about 12 wks and she was brought in as a stray. She is black and white, short hair.

We are going to work on socializing her, we are also going to get her up to date on vaccines and get her spayed.
