Our Wyoming Sage-Grouse is finally complete! I’ve got to give credit to Johnny Hayes for the base and glass case, thank you. Shipped by freight transport from South Carolina 😳

Habitat took 2 days to complete and I personally think it compliments it nicely 👍🏻

Our specialized training program for our student is a wrap. The last 2 days we worked on airbrush paint skills and building-color enhancement on rocks. Our student went away with a lot of knowledge and we look forward to their future projects…

Now, back to getting clients work done 🙌🏻

Hello Everyone,

This message is to reach ALL who have privately messaged us or commented on social media on our “one on one” water construction class.

There is no way possible we can accommodate everyone (a lot of interest) that is requesting this incredible training opportunity. I do want to inform everyone that we offer a 3 day basic water construction course and a 6-7 day advanced construction course.

The only issue is we only offer 1 or 2 classes a year. If you’re seriously interested, I suggest contacting Virginia and getting information from her. Only those individuals that meet the required deposits to secure the class dates will be booked on our calendars. We will book a few classes for the year of 2025.

Virginia and I are very grateful for the opportunity to host Daniel Roraback from Texas in our home this past week. Our advanced turkey training has come to a close and we will be taking him to the airport early Sunday morning.

Im so grateful that God has impressed upon his mind to seek us out and for our paths to cross. I wish you safe travels home, we wish you all the best and success in your endeavors to become a better turkey taxidermist.

We’re judging in Alabama in a few weeks. One of my assignments is to draw something on a clipboard for their auction. All judges have been given this task: bird, fish, life size mammals, game heads, etc.

Every night a few hours before bed, I’m working on mine. Sneak peak on hopefully a beautiful Wigeon 😬

Swimming Pacific Eider today…

This morning as I reflect on my current life, I’m reminded of how grateful and blessed I am. Never been happier in my life than in today’s moments.

Yesterday, we got all the prep work done on a GIANT Pacific Eider, we will put this swimming bird together tomorrow. We are currently doing a lot of custom work and this chews up a lot of time trying to get these pieces done.

This project we’re currently working on will be a King Eider, Pacific Eider combination. It will have waves, splashes and a big rock. The base is a beautiful walnut structure.

In two weeks we will have another student from Texas spending a week with us learning advanced Turkey techniques and in about 30 days, we will be judging birds in Alabama!
