Meet Muah, a 9-year-old Siamese mix who lost the only home she’s ever known after her owner passed away. Since then, she’s been trying to navigate a world that suddenly feels unfamiliar and overwhelming.

Muah is a sensitive soul. She can be very affectionate, but gets overstimulated easily and prefers affection on her own terms. Because she gets overstimulated quickly she would do best as an only animal and no young kids.

What she needs now is a quiet, patient home… someone who will understand that trust may come slowly, but it will come.

Muah has so much love left to give. She just needs the right person to give her the space, time, and compassion to blossom again.

If you have room in your life for a senior cat who simply needs a soft place to land, Muah is waiting.

Join us on November 29th from 11am–2pm for a feel-good day packed with adoptable dogs, good vibes, and Thanksgiving spirit.

We’ll have:

🐾 An adoption event
🧡 Our Thanksgiving Food Drive Donation Station
🥤 Delicious food and drinks from Sip at 5600
✨ Fun little surprises throughout the day

🧡 Together, we can make sure every pet has a full belly this Thanksgiving.

This holiday season, we’re inviting our community to join us in spreading love and gratitude. Not just to one another, but to the animals who bring so much joy into our lives.

From November 18–29, we’re hosting our Thanksgiving Food Drive to help feed pets in need this Pawsgiving. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference for the cats and dogs who depend on us for care.

🐾 What we’re collecting:
• Dry & wet dog food
• Dry & wet cat food
• Dog treats
• Cat treats

Let’s come together to ensure every pet has something to be thankful for this season. 💛

Our front office is all decked out with festive donation boxes, ready to be filled with love and pet food! From now through 11/29, we’re collecting:

🍁 Dry cat food
🍁 Dry dog food
🍁 Wet cat food
🍁 Wet dog food
🍁 Cat & dog treats

Every little bit helps keep our shelter and community pets happy, healthy, and so, so grateful this holiday season. Drop off anytime during office hours. Our decorated boxes are waiting! 🦃🍂💛
