Gloria - Clinic Cat
Gloria is one of our resident kitties. She typically lives in our doctor’s office but can be seen lounging downstairs at the front. Gloria came to us with an assortment of health issues but is thriving under our care.
Although, Gloria loves her newfound mobility with her weight loss, she still has a sweet tooth.
Her motto:

Bringing joy, day or night."

Brittany - Lead Clinic Cat
Brittany is our friendly greeter. You will see her wandering around the hospital going from room to room to say hello, comforting people in need, offering warm embraces and demanding all the snacks. She loves snuggling with clients while they wait on their pets to be seen by our doctor, and she has a wonderful ability to read people. Brittany is loved by all, and brought gifts, such as treats, blankets and beds on a weekly basis.

Kaitlyn - Veterinary Technician Assistant & Client Care
Kaitlyn is a native of Georgia, but has lived in Florida and Colorado where she began practicing animal care. Kaitlyn has two personal cats, Liv and Kitty, and has many family pets. She loves all animals, but specifically has a soft spot for feline medicine.
Her hobbies consist of traveling, coffee and she LOVES Taylor Swift.
Our feline friends are so fortunate to have her as a caretaker. She is registered as a CET Dental Ambassador and has her radiology certification.

Rebecca/Becca - Veterinary Assistant
Rebecca joined the Cat Care team August 2020. She is very passionate about animals and enjoys making sure they are comfortable and happy. Rebecca is a vibrant light in the hospital. She is funny and full of life. Rebecca keeps us laughing all day long.
She has 2 cats Falcon and Percy who she adores. And an adorable 7 month year old baby boy named Ezra. In her spare time she enjoys painting and cosmetology.
She is certified through the AAFP (American Association of Feline Practitioners) as a Cat Friendly Veterinary Advocate and is an Ally of PrideVMC.

Becki - Veterinary Assistant
Becki is a Georgia native and attended Kennesaw State University where she graduated with a Bachelor's in English degree. Despite this, she has always had a love for animals and has been working in animal care for over 5 years.
Becki owns two dogs that keep her on her toes, Pringles the golden doodle and Tate the collie mix (both of which are rescues!). When she's not working, Becki enjoys running, hiking, and being outside. A fun fact is that Becki is a fan of sauces, especially hot sauces.

Sam - Clinic Lead
Sam is our Client Care Specialist, but she truly does so much more. She’s the backbone of our front office. With her dedication and skills, Sam has earned the role of Clinic Lead, excelling in every aspect of her position.
As a “military brat,” Sam has lived all across the United States but considers Georgia her home. She graduated summa cm laude in 2016 with a degree in Mass Communications. Before joining Cat Care in 2017, Sam completed an internship with The Walt Disney Company, where she “earned her ears.” Sam is also certified by the NAVC as a Certified Veterinary Business Leader.
Her love for animals, especially cats, has been a lifelong passion, and she’s cared for them since childhood. In addition to her work with us, Sam enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading, and attending concerts.
Sam’s passion for veterinary medicine and her commitment to going above and beyond for our clients are evident in everything she does.

‼️Help Us Find a Loving Home for Rory, a Sweet 2.5-Year-Old Orange Tabby ‼️
We have a wonderful opportunity to help a very special cat named Rory, who is in need of a forever home. Rory was found by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan who, despite facing a recent family tragedy, has gone above and beyond to ensure his well-being.
Rory is a healthy, 2.5-year-old male orange tabby with a clean bill of health. He has started his vaccination series and is currently being fostered. Rory is a fun-loving, affectionate cat who would make a fantastic companion.
Though Rory is not currently at our clinic, we are committed to helping find him a loving home as quickly as possible. If you or someone you know is interested in giving Rory the forever home he deserves, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. We are more than happy to help facilitate the process.

Destinee - Clinic Manager
Destinee grew up south of Atlanta and has always had a love for animals and passion for the veterinary field. She attended LaGrange College where she majored in biology. Prior to Cat Care, she worked with a non-profit veterinary organization where her passion and skill for animals bloomed. Here at Cat Care, while she holds a management position, she is behind the scenes making sure all patients are comfortable and happy and that the team is organized, cohesive, and excited to be here to take care of patients.
Destinee is a movie buff and is a huge fan of Disney and Marvel. Some interesting facts include that she can play electric guitar, loves mint chocolate, is a KPop fan, and has seen 'The Office' too many times to count! In her free time, she enjoys watching movies or binging new and old TV shows, cooking, and organizing.
We are excited to have Destinee with us to help keep our patients happy and the team on track! Help us welcome her in the comments section! 🎉

First off, is our new owner!
Dr. Brittney Kilgore - Veterinarian 🩺
Dr. Kilgore was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Biological Sciences. She then moved to the Caribbean island of Grenada where she attended St. George’s University’s School of Veterinary Medicine. Throughout undergrad and vet school. Dr. Kilgore would work as a technician every break here at Cat Care of Fayette and is where her love for feline medicine blossomed. She is passionate about reducing fear in veterinary settings and enrichment education in cats.
Dr. Kilgore has a special interest in integrative medicine and alternative therapies. She is veterinary acupuncture certified through Chi University. She will consider aspects of your pet from a holistic approach. Other interests include diet management, behavioral consultations, and internal medicine.
Dr. Kilgore has 3 cats of her own, Toulouse, Boba, and Fritz. In her free time, she enjoys working out whether in a cross training gym or outdoor space, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about teaching and encouraging the next generation of vets, being inclusive to other minorities and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and promoting wellness and active, healthy lifestyles in her animal patients.
Dr. Kilgore is very excited to meet everyone and continue the legacy to provide all our patients and clients, new and current, with top notch veterinary care.

You can do things like:

🎉 Happy Caturday! 🎉 Enjoy some cuteness from Maggie and her pickle. Maggie is still available for adoption, she has been with us now for a few months. Being diabetic it’s harder for her to find a forever home but she is doing so well! She’s regulated, and feeling so good! Did you know that newly diagnosed diabetic cats no longer need injectable medications? Her medication is a once a day liquid she takes easily in her food and her routine medical care is really not too extensive. If you have it in your heart to give this senior lady a loving place to lay her adorable little head at night- give us a call! We can answer any questions you may have. ♥️

Talk about a distraction! 😻 90% of the time we do not get to play with kittens…. but little Dory was afraid of the thunderstorms so she needed some extra attention. She was very fascinated with the desk accessories, mostly my pen and didn’t allow for much work to be completed in the time she was being loved on. But that’s okay! She is looking for her forever home so that she can snuggle up at home during those scary storms! If you’d like to meet this cutie pie, give us a call to schedule a time to come by! 💕
