The destruction caused by is vast and challenging to understand, and the true magnitude of this 1000 year event is not yet fully grasped.

Adorable Hugo just doesn’t understand he’s white! 😂He’s an energetic boy who loves the dirt. Thankfully I have a great whitening shampoo to get his coat back to a beautiful white! 🤍

Milo was larger than what I had anticipated 😅, but his exceptional sweetness allowed me to make an exception to my size limit with ease. His affectionate nature was evident when he rested his head on my shoulder during his blow dry 🥹💜

His owner was thrilled with his new haircut, which made him look like a dapper young man! ✂️🐶🙂

PUPPIES! 😍 At 10 weeks old, Lucy and Gibbs had their first grooming appointment and excelled. 🏆 Their pet parent understands the benefits of early grooming and has been acclimating them to grooming tools since they were born. I’ll see these two again in 6 weeks! 💜🐶👍

How far are you willing to travel to find the perfect groomer? For Milo’s mom the journey was worth coming all the way from Mableton to see me! With a successful puppy mini groom appointment under his belt, this sweet pup will be back in 6 weeks for his big boy haircut! Way to go Milo!

A little information from my friend, my client, and my personal veterinarian Dr Johnson at Dunwoody Animal Medical Center about the “mystery” respiratory illness that the media has been reporting about.

How am I handling it at the salon?

First off you’re already in a pretty good position because I am a one on one groomer! Precautions I’m taking:
1) I have ramped up additional sanitation. Tub, tables,& kennels are disinfected between every client.
2) Brushes, combs, blades , etc have always been disinfected between clients
3) Medify Air purification system in use (it has been since the beginning of COVID 🙂)

What am I asking of you?

1)PLEASE do not bring your dog to the salon if there is ANY signs of respiratory illness.
2)Please pick up your dog as soon as you get your call/text. This will help me eliminate pets being here at the same time. You are welcome to wait in my driveway at your estimated pick up time.
3)If you would like to cancel your appointment out of an abundance of caution please give at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charged of 50% of your grooming costs. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice you will be required to pay for your grooming in full. (Please let me know if you need a copy of your signed contract)

I have been monitoring this illness for months. There is no need to panic. Just be smart about limiting your dog’s exposure.
