Oliver is a gentle and loving cat who absolutely adores pets and cuddles. He does have is bad days just like everyone else so you will need to work with him. He’s a calm companion who’s ready to bring warmth and happiness to your home. With his big heart and sweet personality, he’s sure to steal yours in no time. ❤️

Next week, we’re expecting the lowest temperatures of the season, and it’s important to remember that if it’s too cold for you, it’s too cold for your pets!

👉 Please make sure to bring your animals inside during these frigid conditions to keep them safe and warm. Pets left outside in extreme cold can suffer from hypothermia, frostbite, or worse.

If you see an animal left outside during these dangerous temperatures:

🎸 Meet Betty: Our Rockin' 80's Star! 🎸

Betty is a stunning 2-year-old Labrador mix with a heart as big as her soulful eyes. She’s dog-friendly, heartworm-negative, and searching for a special forever home.

Betty’s journey hasn’t been easy. She was part of a hoarding case back in August 2023, where 85 dogs were rescued. Our sweet girl has had a couple of foster experiences, including a foster-to-adopt, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out because of her past, she’s understandably shy and still learning to trust the world. She tends to cower around men. She’ll need someone who is patient, understanding, and willing to help her learn that the world isn’t such a scary place.

Betty would do best in a home with a confident, larger dog who can guide her and help her come out of her shell. While she’s timid, with love and reassurance, she has the potential to bloom into an amazing companion.

Let’s help Betty write the next chapter of her story—a story filled with love, trust, and a family who will cherish her forever. 💕

This handsome 9-month-old boy is looking for his second chance at a forever home. Milky-Way was adopted from us last year but was returned along with his brother, Johnny, when their owner could no longer care for them. 💔

Milky-Way can be a little shy at first, but with patience and love, he warms up and lets his sweet personality shine. He feels more confident and comfortable in the company of other cats, so a home with feline friends would be ideal for him. 🐾🐱

Are you looking for a way to make a big difference in the life of a dog in need? Fostering might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our shelter is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated foster families to provide temporary homes for our dogs. Fostering not only gives these amazing pups a break from the shelter environment but also helps us learn more about their personalities, behavior, and needs, making it easier to find their perfect forever homes.
