Excellent quality Raw food and treats made by her at this location for your dogs/cats. She also carries other brands that she supports. There are other things in the boutique as well. We are already making a few changes this week to the shop so pardon our dust, Mike has started to hang grid walls for me so between last night and today it will be completed so if you stop by around 3 things might be a little out of order 🤣

We are opening the Boutique tomorrow!

I know it was suppose to be today but we have to dry out the shop 😭

We had the roof leak fixed when we first bought the building but I guess it did not actually get fixed. 🤬 I was not happy to walk in and see a big puddle in the boutique. Thankfully nothing was ruined and I just had to clean up a huge mess and replace a couple of ceiling tiles. It is okay and I am happy that we found this out before the boutique opened. 😀 I am still so happy that the building is mine!

Come see me tomorrow at noon. This week I will have the boutique open Thursday and Friday 12-6 and then starting next week it will be Wednesday - Friday 12-6 and Saturday 11-3😀

ATTENTION ‼️‼️Current Clients (this means that you are on my books for grooming ). As a thank you to all of you who keep me permanently booked and extremely busy ❤️I have talked to our trainer at Ridgeside K9 Central Illinois (AES K9 ) to set up a date after the holidays for you to come with your dog/dogs to get a evaluation and tips on your dog’s specific training needs. I see to many of you struggling to properly walk them on leashes (no flexi). and collars ( no harnesses) , behavior issues , medicating them because of anxiety and anxiousness(storms , fireworks grooming visits /vet visits) , dogs with no recall and they take off(extremely dangerous) and so on. I want to help you all to have a dog that is happy and obedience trained , so you can be a team. Obedience can save their life. I hear to many of them getting loose and taking off from you , an open door, open gate , open car door …. Of course myself and the VP Rooster would be joining you all at Ridgeside K9 Central Illinois (AES K9 )that day as well . So if there is enough interest in doing this I will get a date set up and I will post it . If you would be interested please comment or let me know when you come in for your appointment. I will need an official count so we can mark out enough time for everyone on that day . I would like to know by Dec 1st. Thank you !! I appreciate all of you loyal clients. 😃❤️🦮

The Bear's Bites Boutique & Education Center is opening!

After an eye opening conversation with one of my best friends yesterday it was brought to my attention that I have never waited for a situation to be perfect before doing it. 🤣

The boutique will open Nov 6th. I will be working the boutique until I can find someone that I feel is an amazing fit for the boutique.

The hours for the boutique will be
Wednesday - Friday 12-6
Saturday 11-3

Please "Bear" with me while I get all the kinks worked out. I hated having to postpone the opening but we did come across some things that we could not change.

Hopeful you guys all stop by the shop to say hi.

Bear's Bites is hiring two positions right now.

Holiday Event Associate & Boutique Retail Associate.

We thought we had someone for the boutique but looks like we are interviewing again. 😕

Holiday Event Associate is NOT at our Pekin location. This is going to events and setting up and manning a vendor booth, this is working with customers and selling Bear's Bites products. This is going to be mainly in Peoria and East Peoria and on Saturdays & a Sunday or 2 from Nov 2nd until Dec 14th. You have to have a drivers license and physically able to set up the booth by yourself.

Boutique Retail Associate is at our Pekin location. This is a retail customers service job. The hours are not changeable. The hours will be Wednesday through Saturday 11 am to 7 pm.

I will be interviewing Tuesday & Wednesday of this coming week. I will be hiring someone by Friday. If you are hired you have to be available for training the following week. I am planning on opening the doors to the boutique on Nov 9th.
