Happy New Year!

We are so excited to be serving Pell City’s PUPulation for another year! We want to take a second to thank our loyal clients. We love your pups and look forward to a wonderful 2024.

Normally each new year tends to bring a price increase to help us keep up with the ever rising cost of operation! There will be a few due to size and coat of the pup because time it takes to work on them.

But, this year, we are going to do things a bit differently. Starting Jan 7th, 2024, we will be implementing a Cancellation Fee/no show for any appointment cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment time. There will be a dematting fee for dogs that can be brushed out with in reason and doesn’t stress your dog out.

We understand that things come up, but when an appointment is cancelled or someone does not show up, the groomers paycheck suffers greatly. This isn’t fair to them.

So in order to keep YOUR grooming cost down, here’s some tips:
1. Prebook appointments. Make sure you have your spot reserved, especially during holidays!

2. Keep your appointment. If something comes up, please give us as much notice as possible so we can put another pup in that space.

3. We have been asked on many occasions if we accept tips. If you are happy with the groom, it is perfectly acceptable to give them a tip! Just like with your own stylist or barber. But, it is not expected.

As our business continues to grow, these policies will help us serve you better and will also help our business run more efficiently. Please reach out to me with any questions/concerns.
