Hey there!

I wanted to give you advance notice that I will be taking the month of June off from providing dog nail trimming services. This temporary break is due to the opening of my new daycare business as well as my children being involved in summer sports activities.

During the month of June, I ask that you please make alternative arrangements for your dog's nail trimming needs. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rest assured, I will return in July and be ready to catch up on trimming appointments for all my wonderful four-legged clients!

Thank you in advance for your understanding and continued support of my small business. I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients.

To my clients,

I hope this finds you and your furry friends in good health and high spirits. It has been my pleasure and privilege to serve you and your beloved pets in the towns of Gilman, Newton, Lynnville, Sully, Galesburg, Killduff, and Kellogg over the past 3 years.

I am letting you know, with mixed emotions, that I have made the difficult decision to discontinue my dog nail rounds in the towns listed above. This decision comes after much thought and reflection on the demands of my personal life, particularly concerning my family. As many of you may know, I have a growing family with multiple children actively involved in various activities. Balancing these commitments has become increasingly challenging, and I find myself needing to make adjustments to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Regrettably, this means that I will no longer be able to continue servicing clients in Gilman, Newton, Lynnville, Sully, Galesburg, Killduff, and Kellogg. I understand the importance of reliable and convenient pet care, and it is with a heavy heart that I make this decision. I sincerely appreciate the trust and loyalty you have shown me throughout our professional relationship.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for allowing me the opportunity to care for your pets. Your support has been invaluable, and I am truly thankful for the relationships we have built over the years. It has been a pleasure getting to know both you and your furry companions, and I will fondly remember the time spent in your communities.

While I am discontinuing services in the mentioned towns, I will continue to provide dog nail rounds in Monroe, Otley, Pella, and Oskaloosa. The decision to focus on these areas is primarily due to their proximity to Pella, where I live. I believe that this adjustment will allow me to better meet the time needs of my family.

I understand that this news is definitely disappointing, and I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to message or text me.

Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks for your trust and loyalty. It has been a wonderful 3 years serving you and your pets, and I am grateful for the memories we have shared. I wish you and your furry friends continued happiness and good health.

Hey everyone!
I'm sorry I haven't been super responsive to messages! The holidays are here and my husband and I come from divorced families, which means double holidays!

With how many holidays we have, my time is a touch short in December. I had a few towns due at the end of December that I'll move to the beginning of January (Lynnville, Sully, Killduff, Kellogg, Galesburg and Monroe).

I hope you and your furry friends are in good health. I am writing to inform you about a significant change in my services. After careful consideration and analysis of various factors, it is with regret that I have decided to discontinue my nail clipping service in the Montezuma area.

Several factors have influenced this decision, including the increase in gas prices, which has increased my operational costs. Additionally, the Montezuma area has a relatively small number of clients requiring my nail-clipping services, making it financially challenging to sustain my operation in this region. The long driving distances between clients have also caused difficulties.

I understand the inconvenience this decision may cause to you and other clients in the Montezuma area who have been utilizing my service. I genuinely appreciate the trust and loyalty you have shown me over the years.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause, and I am grateful for your understanding and support. Hey everyone!
Lately, mostly in the last 2 months, I have been experiencing a lot of last-minute cancellations. Last minute meaning the day or morning of the appointment. When an appointment is scheduled, I have put your name into my schedule and turned down others for that time spot. When cancellations occur on the day of the appointment, I'm not always able to fill that appointment spot. I am also driving to the town you're located in.

I have decided to put into place a cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment is to happen, a $10 missed appointment fee will be owed. This is only to encourage cancellation 24 hours before the appointment so I can then fill the empty spot.

I appreciate your understanding of this policy.
I appreciate all of your support for my business!

Hey everyone!

I'm sorry I haven't gotten this calendar out sooner! I apologize for that! I recently got a job at the Pella Public Library! I have been waiting to get my schedule so I could decide how to schedule nail appointments :-)

As you can see, I've moved a few things around. I will not be doing any Pella residents during the weeknights anymore (as I'll be at the library). I plan to have appointments for Pella residents on Saturday mornings.

I have also had to move Monroe residents and hope to schedule them on Sunday afternoons. I'm hoping this schedule will work out! If not, I will revisit it!

I will get reminders out to folks shortly for this weekend, if you happen to be gone since it's a holiday weekend, we can figure something out!

Spread the word! I’m accepting new clients in the Pella area!

What I do:
I clip pet nails in the comfort of the clients home!
I see many pets with anxiety, pets who do not see a groomer, pets who dislike car rides or trips to the vet. I also see many pets who are older and don’t get around as well anymore.
