With the 4th of July right around the corner we tend to get several calls about dogs getting out, and owners frantically trying to find them. We ask that you make sure your dogs have their collars on, updated contact information on their licenses, or do something similar to the picture below !
We can not scan for microchips. We do not have a scanner, and if the vets offices are closed, we will have to transport any found dogs that are unclaimed to GCAC.
We love our community fur babies and want to make sure they are safe! 🐾💕

Puppy Oscar working on impulse control. Too much freedom and not creating boundaries like this can cause an over stimulated dog.

Shevchenko has been a little stubborn with training but her little prance show dog strut definitely makes up for that! . She's gained confidence and will be easily controlled from barking and lunging at new people and pets after her class with her owner tomorrow.

Archie has done wonder with his two week training! He had lots of panting,whining and anxiety in the car and was super nervous around new people and places. With a human in charge he can be calm and take in his surroundings.

Sweet Peanut has turned it around in just one week!! He was found as a stray and was skiddish, shy, and unsure about humans and the indoor world. A kind lady, Auntie Jill, is his rescuer and is giving him a head start at an amazing new life. This boy is a SUPER STAR!! ❤️
