aining is operated by Maurice Regan. He holds a doctorate in psychology with significant coursework and experience in behavior modification. He has earned obedience titles on his last three dogs. In the past, Maurice has conducted clinics and demonstrations at Blue Seal Feeds, the YMCA, and Concord Market Days.
