Jessie's AKC Senior Hunter Title Certificate came in today's mail, so he is now officially CH Dundee's Gallant Rogue of Glen 'Mor SH CGC TKN
We took an official photo this past weekend at the TarTan Gordon Setter Club's hunt tests at Crane WMA in Falmouth, MA.
Posing with Jessie in the photo is Jessie's trainer who trained and handled Jessie through his Senior Hunter title while I was laid up with a bad back.
Thank you Jeff, you and Jessie made a phenomenal team!!!

On the 25th of December in the year 2005, a Gordon Setter pup arrived in this world. His breeder, Allison Treadwell and her family took exceptionally good care of this litter born to her dog CH Ahoy's Iona of Skye and GCH CH Sandpiper's Shore Enough.
This pup and I were predestined to become an inseparable team. Where ever you found me, the pup, CH Ahoy's Pride of the Glens SH CGC would be there too.
He came to be called Brodie. He was my very first Gordon Setter and what a dog he turned out to be.
He wasn't so fancy about the show ring, but he did it for me. His love was for the field and bird hunting and a that he was spectacular.
I lost Brodie to lymphoma on January 31st, 2015, and experience that broke my heart.
I have always posted birthday wishes for my Brodie and have continued to do such even after his passing.
So Happy 18th Birthday Brodie, you may not be physically with me, but you will always dwell in my heart. ❤❤❤

Today is my handsome Jake’s birthday!!!
It’s hard to believe you’re 6 years old today!! Seem like yesterday I was beside the whelping box watching you and your brothers and sister enter this world.

Jessie was awarded Winners dog for a 4 Point Major, expertly handled by Jenn Foote MacWalter and recognized by judge Dr Vicki Sandage DVM.
This finishes Jessie’s Championship and pending AKC confirmation, he will be CH Dundee’s Gallant Rogue of Glen ‘Mor JH CGC TKN.

At the Goshen fair groundss overnighting in the RV.
Jessie and I awoke at 5:30AM. Put a pot of coffee on and I’m now relaxing, listening to my tunes and anticipating the Specialty shows today.
The wind is picking up a wee bit, crossing my fingers that all goes well today weather wise

Only 9 days left till the entries for the ISCNE & TarTan GSC Combined Hunt Tests at Markover Hunting Preserve close.
So all you procrastinators out there better get those entries in or you will miss these great events till next year.
We have visited Markover recently and the bird fields are in great shape and awaiting our arrival the end of the month.

I am beyond excited to announce that Glen 'Mor is expecting puppies!!! Pepper "CH Glen 'Mor's Tails of Suspense BCAT CGCA JH TKN" and Reggie"GCH CH Firethorn's Eye-deal" are pregnant!! Pepper had her ultrasound this morning confirming she is pregnant. She is due February 10th. 🥰❤️🐾

My Gracie girl received mail today. Her beautiful plaques from The Gordon Setter Club of America for Top Producer & Brood Bitch for 2021. The plaques make it even more real than just receiving an email. It makes my heart full having these awards. I am new to breeding and wasn't even aware of these awards until Gracie placed for Brood Bitch in 2019. That award was a certificate which I thought was amazing until these beautiful wooden plaques came today. I am so honored to have received such incredible awards for my Gracie. Thank you so much to GSCA for these gorgeous plaques which will proudly be displayed in our home. Thank you also goes to Jim MacWalter for having me as your partner with Glen 'Mor. If it wasn't for all your gentle nudges this would have never happend. This is also very bittersweet. Gracie is now 8-1/2, her days of having puppies is over. Now on to the next generation of Glen 'Mor to have puppies. Gracie definitely set the bar high!
I feel like I just gave an acceptance speech!!! LOL
I just get so emotional when it comes to my Gordons and want to share it. ❤️
