In recent weeks you have received an email in regards to a a change in how we will handling prescriptions and their refills. We would just like to clarify a couple of points that were unclear in the original email:
You are still able to use any pharmacy you would like to for medications and their refills. However, due to FDA regulations, we are no longer able to receive requests from online or local pharmacies via email or an online portal. As a result, our clients will need to call us with the requested medication details and our DVMs will write out a written script for the client to pick up. Once you have picked up the written script you can then drop off, fax or mail to the pharmacy of choice. 📝
We apologize for the inconvenience and will do all we can to make this transition as easy as possible. With that being said please give us 48-72 hours prior to filling a medication so we can get it written as soon as we can for you! 😊
