One of the biggest factors in feeling good—moving easier, playing longer, staying comfortable—is a healthy weight. And you’re not alone if this is something you’re working on with your pet: more than half of dogs and cats are overweight.

🗒️Hi. It’s me. Your dog. I’ve been thinking about how I can be the bestest version of myself in 2026. This year I resolve to:
1. Not bark at the mail carrier…every single day.
2. Share the couch (but not the blanket).
3. Let you sleep in…at least once a month
4. Try to be brave for my next nail trim.
5. Stop pretending I don’t hear “bath time.”

This year, Clark Animal Care Center is raising donations for The Humane Society of Wayne County, Logan's Rescue and Wild Wings. ⛄️🦅🐈🐩

Stop by during our normal business hours and pick a rescue/shelter tag from the tree. Grant their wish and bring your gift back by December 31st. Place all donations in our donation box in the lobby with the rescue/shelter tag attached. Full wishlists are posted in the lobby as well.🧑🏼‍🎄

We also have some goodies for sale in the lobby to benefit The Humane Society of Wayne County.🐾🐈‍⬛
