This is your yearly reminder that temperature shock can quickly kill your other wise healthy fish and shrimp friends. When the ground water is cold, make sure you find a way to warm it up, or if cold tap is the only option go verrrrry slow. Sometimes we even replace small percentages at a time over a longer period.
