We are in need of a paid parttime employee!

Requirements are:

Over 18 years old
Common sense in order to facilitate independent work and decision making
At least 6 months at an animal care
facility

This is hard work , it’s rewarding as you see animals with no other options have all of their veterinary work done and then go home to a permanent home! Most people don’t understand that it’s not only socializing the animals- It’s that and cleaning and walking them and cleaning again

Schedule is flexible. We make it out monthly!

Good Afternoon Facebook friends!

We are 6-7 week old Chestnut on the left and Butternut on the right. We are brothers! We are going to be very big dogs and may be reserved with approved application . They will be ready to go home Monday or Tuesday of week after this week (11/24-25 )

Their story is sad - Dad was a white German Shepherd and dad was a lab. One day mom didn’t come back and they were left for 3 days without eating. The neighborhood noticed this and assumed something had happened to mom sadly.

They definitely need a yard and fence and an active lifestyle.

These 2 are ready to be home for Thanksgiving!💜💜

The last target practice puppy - who had lost hope got his miracle today!
A well known hotel family adopted him!!!!! He joins a big happy family and this Thanksgiving will be one for all to remember 💜🐶🎉

He says to his hotel friends- Believe in miracles- you will get yours too!

Thankyou to this family for opening their home and hearts to this deserving puppy who started his life out by dodging shooting at him.
His nightmare is over🐶💫💜

I’m long haired chihuahua - 8 lb 4 year old Bo. I came in with my high level pedigree papers . But papers don’t matter to me. I got my neuter right away and I don’t consider myself any better than any of my new friends here!

I’m super playful and fun! I’m going to be a wonderful family member. I hope I get to go home by Thanksgiving. It’s possible I might bed for a taste of turkey - but I’m not big enough to knock over your Christmas tree and I wouldn’t ever even try such a thing 🌲💜🐶

Please come and visit me- It’s a guarantee you won’t regret having me in your family 💜

Good Morning Facebook Friends!

These are truly small little mixed breed puppies. There were a total of 13 and other rescue groups got the others.

Update!! They look big in the pictures - but the are tiny- about 3 lbs!

Their story is that mom came out of the woods to feed them several weeks ago and mom went back to the woods. She is feral and aggressive…. But the property owner is trying to trap her and have her spayed

These puppies are about 8 -9 weeks, have completed their 2 week quarantine for health, have had an exam and first vaccine and been dewormed.

As far as how big they will be-we aren’t sure. Mom was medium size. Judging by their rate of growth and small size - they will be medium at most fully grown .

In the 5th picture-you can see Louie watching over the puppies as he does every group! He loves puppies!! He also needs a home!

This 13-14 week old male puppy - 3 of 4 is giving up. First used as a target practice puppy- dodging bullets of some type- to locked in a hotel crate…. He is lost has will. His 3 litter mates went home. He is still waiting for a family and a yard and even some children another pets. He gets along with everyone . He is a hound dog mix and will be medium to large fully grown 🐶💜

Someone.. please make this a thanksgiving you and he will truly give thanks💫🐶😢🙏

Good Afternoon Facebook Friends!

I’m 1 y old schnauzer mix Tanner. I’m an owner surrender dog .Situation: happened at home that were not my fault. A previous situation happened to me that was tragic and not my fault.

The owners had an electric fence and it gave me more energy as I leaped through it to run after other dogs. I love other dogs but I had to speak to them and sometimes people didn’t like that.

I need a fence , a family who understands schnauzer behavior . I need an active family! I need a yard and a fence! I need fun!!!

I’m super sweet and I will be a great family member for the family who pick me and I pick them

My life has not been a smooth time- but I don’t hold a grudge 💜

I’m 2 year old golden color Lola. I have been here a long time. My owner passed away and then I was brought to this hotel where it is the opposite of mom’s house. So I stayed in this little house for a couple of months…. Even though I came out at night to eat and all the while they tried to to coax me out
I was scared 😿

So I’m looking for a quiet home and peace. I’m super affectionate .

I hope my new mom is reading this . I want to go home😿💫💜

This is the last of the 4 puppies we have had since they were very small. The puppies were used for Target Practice 😞. Hard to believe and true. He is 13 weeks old and a hound dog mix. He is going to be a medium to large dog, he’s so desperately wanting to be a family member.

Is there anyone out there who can make him a part of their family? He is so deserving of a good life💫
He’s also very lonely as his 3 siblings have all gone home😔🐶🐶🐶😢💫✨. Diagnosis = sad (See last pictures)

I’m Bo, on the left and Taz is on the right. ( Taz is not ready to go home yet - he went thru a situation)

But I’m 4 years old and came in wearing a diaper. It was obvious why- i was not neutered. Anyway I need a quiet home because I’m so nervous. Maybe it is because of the chaos here . I’m a long haired tri color 7 lb chihuahua. I even have my pedigree papers- I got neutered . Who cares about a pedigree. I do not. And they don’t either here🎉I’m the same as every dog💜💫🐶

Adoption Update!!

Loki has been adopted by a well known couple by the hotel who have helped out for years 🎉

Loki came in after being a confiscated dog by animal officials. He was then adopted for 11.00😔from an alternate organization- that’s pretty sad. Loki is worth more than 11.00.

Soon thereafter the new adopter claimed that he was too active and strong and he couldn’t handle him.

We quickly learned that Loki did not care for cats and most dogs. He didn’t do well in a cage . He didn’t present himself well to potential families either.

As several months went by - he gave up. He slowly lost weight . He was inactive. He didn’t bark at anyone or anything. We wondered if we missed that he had a medical problem. We sent him to Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital. ( the office manager told us to bring him right over!) They did a full blood work panel, examined him and did an ultrasound of his abdomen and kidneys. A f***l was redone. All pointed to the diagnosis of …. Depressed and Unwanted.

As this couple has shown he is cured of that diagnosis 🎉💙🐶

The last pictures on this post show how he looked after months of being with us🐶😔

Thankyou to this wonderful family for opening their home and hearts to Loki, now named Pokey💜. You gave him the miracle to cure a depression diagnosis!💙

Good Evening Facebook friends!

We are 1-2 year old brothers . Our breed??? Short legs , long bodies and teeth that stick out - like an over bite! Yea… that liking of breed- the best! It’s called a mix breed 🎉We are fully grown at about 10 lbs. we are super friendly- We just got our neuters and vaccines and occult heartworm checks and our microchips AND an A+ for attitude

Hard to believe we got sush a great grade on Our friendliness and attitude because we were dumped at the end of a dirt road like we were garbage. But we are not ! We are going to be wonderful family members!

And we don’t hold a grudge because we now see how people can be not very nice to do that to us…. And Good Samaritans who saw us and they brought us to this hotel and everyone loves us. Oh and by the way the cooking is delicious here.

Someone named us Buddy and Manny …. But….. we are not crazy about these names. We need some names 🤔 like Nick and Alex . Or Pancake and Waffle. Or whatever you want!

Most of all we need families and not ones who leave us like before- And these hotel people are serious about making sure this doesn’t happen to us again💜

The big puppy, Zeke!🐶💜 He was found in the grass at a busy intersection- 3-4 weeks ago. He was emaciated and starving. Now he’s happy and healthy. See his story a few posts down. He is probably the most polite puppy we have had. Some lucky family needs to come and visit this big 🐶 💜💫
