Congratulations to Winter Banana Williams and her sweet family Natasha, Robby, Claire, and Jax. They won the raffle to benefit Life’s a Dance and AMI kids Pensacola. Happy Veterinary Receptionist Week!!! We are so lucky to have some the best around! They deserve a huge shout out this week. The vet industry has experienced an explosion of growth the past several years nationwide and our girls have handled it like champs 💪🏼. They are able to multi task like none other and do it with grace!! They are the front line to our entire team and always the first to greet you with a big smile when you walk through the door! They are also more than receptionists. They comfort clients as they say goodbye to their pet. Also, they lend a caring ear when a pet is sick or needs to be dropped off for services, reassuring you that everything will be ok. I am so so proud of our sweet, caring, and hard working receptionists. You guys are rockstars!!!

Spanish Trail Family,
We have some exciting updates about our renovation!:

Monday, April 8th: The front lobby will be closed from 8 am to 1 pm for our floor and cabinet installation in our exam rooms. We will still be open to do drop off exams, boarding and baths and will have everyone drop off at our back entrance, off of Ciudad.

Thursday, April 18th: The front lobby will be closed for our countertop installation. We will still be seeing appointments as scheduled, but will again, have everyone check in at the back entrance.
