Celebrating lots of things this week!

Rayne celebrated her 2 year anniversary with the Hotel. Anna, Dr. Jackson, Dr. Koski, Katie, Bri, and Tashima all celebrated birthdays. Dr. Sternitzke celebrated her 1 year anniversary with us!

Help us give a great big welcome to Dr. Allison Kimmons and her awesome sidekick Gibbs!

Dr. Allison Kimmons was raised in a hardworking, farming family in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Growing up on the farm nurtured her love on animals and gave her the roots needed to grow into the passionate veterinarian she is today.

Dr. Kimmons received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and her Master of Science in Agriculture from McNeese State University before graduating from St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.

Dr. Kimmons was excited to join the Davis Family as she gets ready to expand her own! She practices fear free and high-quality medicine and has a large following of loyal clients. Her favorite things are preventive medicine, surgery, and evaluating imaging on cases. Dr. Kimmons patients include cats, dogs, sheep, and goats!

When not at work, she enjoys traveling, Cajun food, and outdoor activities with her husband Levon. Together they have a border collie, two cats, and live on a small farm in the country.

Gibbs enjoys watching his mom's every move and is the goodest of boys. He is a perfect gentleman at all times when in the clinic. In his past life he must have owned a high end mattress company as he is forever in pursuit of the perfect bed and many do not pass the test. He has excellent sharing skills and likes to hangout with his office dog pal Cooper (sidekick to Dr. Koski and also a member of the goodest boy club).

We are celebrating some work anniversaries here as well! Ethel has been with Davis for 6 years now. She started over at our Hotel and Spa as an attendant and then concierge. This past year, she transitioned to our hospital side and has been rocking our Client Service Communicator position. You may have seen her when she popped into your pet’s exam room to see if you needed any coffee, water, or water for your pet.

Andi has been with us for a year now as one of our Customer Service Representatives. Fun fact: Andi works part time with us, because she works in a studio as a hair stylist!

Kasara has been here for 2 years now. She does a little bit of everything; CSR, nursing, surgery, dentals, and even works with Dr. Montgomery’s orthopedic team! She also does marketing and filmography on the side.
