Do you know the difference between our Spring Wildflower and Fall Wildflower honeys? Honey is dependent on the blooms during that time of year.
• In the Spring, Gallberry bushes bloom helping the honey get its lighter color and sweeter taste
• During Fall, nature is preparing for winter so honey is naturally nutrient dense giving it its darker color and bolder taste
