Dumaw Creek Stables

We are looking forward to some expansion at Dumaw Creek Stables!! Very preliminary drawings I’ve been working on so things may change. We will be putting in 5 dry lots this spring as soon as the ground thaws. This is to allow our pastures time to grow & keep horses off them during muddy season. Automatic wateres will be installed to share with adjoining paddock. This will also allow us to completely fence in our runways in case of any horses getting loose while turning them out.

I’m hopeful in the next year to add an additional 5 stalls on the north end of our horse barn. These will have attached turn outs for individual horses. Stalls will be 12’ x 12’ with Nelson waterers, corner grazers, & fans just as our original have.

Viewing room is getting so close to finishing! Bring on the cooler weather now! We will find ourselves in the heated / cooled viewing room overlooking the indoor arena! Can’t wait to share photos once it completely finishes! Get your stall before they are gone!

Board is $400/month. This includes Tribute kalm ultra grain 2x/daily. Covered round bale in the winter & Pasture when available. Individual Fans in each stall, Automatic waterers inside & outside. Stalls are 12’ x 12’ and include corner Stall grazer feeders to allow horses to eat at a more natural level. Daily turnout (Weather permitting)
Indoor arena is 120’ x 60’. Outdoor is 150’ x 80’. We also provide individual tack lockers (with key) 4’ x 4’ with 2 saddle racks, bridle hooks, and shelves for storage. We are also in the process of building a climate controlled viewing room with a kitchen, bathroom, and meeting table. Barn manager lives on site.

Awesome day at the farm!! We welcomed 3 new boarders today and 1 first of February!! Enjoyed the sunshine!! Thankful to say our barn is full at this time ❤️❤️
