Boot Camp Counselor Fame is teaching Boot Camper puppy Rupert some valuable play skills such as sharing toys, no resource guarding, fetching etc. Dogs learn greatly just by watching their peers model appropriate behavior; that’s why we utilize our own trained dogs in our Boot Camp programs.

Anyone wanna buy Lemonade from these two cuties??? Better yet adopt them?? Sheperdoodle brothers Louis (on left), and Miles (right) were rescued from wandering the streets with matted furs, covered in fleas and ticks. They have been groomed, fully vetted, are up to date on shots, and are estimated to be no older than 1 year. They are sweet as can be, very affectionate with people and also very smart. Big day today for these two pups, Lady and Sienna. Sienna the Lab graduated from boot camp today-big congrats!!🎓🐶🎉And Lady, the Black Mouth Cur mix, also graduated and was on top of it, adopted by Lady’s family!! 🎓🐶🎉❤️We couldn’t be any happier for both these girls as they are very bonded and will continue to learn from each other as they grow. Congratulations to the entire family and dogs!!

Rupert the Mini Aussie puppy just started our Boot Camp program. His mom said she had researched four training facilities, and of those four, she said we stood out by far regarding experience, and all the services we offer at our facility. We are humbled to be her first choice.

Having your dog trained by a professional is an investment. Make sure to do your due diligence:

•Check credentials, experience, and reviews
•What kind of training is offered and what training principles are used
• Any certifications offered such as CGC (Canine Good Citizen)
•Check out the facility: cleanliness, safety, where will my dog rest and sleep, condition of dog runs and kennels,
•Are there any additional features present that would enrich my dog’s stay while in training such as designated play area, free roam area, swimming opportunity, obstacles/agility
•What’s the extent of the training program? Will it include exposure to distractions, other dogs, people, public places with real life situations etc.
•Are there any additional services included in Boot Camp besides basic obedience: hiking? biking? swimming? pack walks? public outings? group classes?
•Will I as the owner/handler receive any hands on training with my dog?
•What’s the level of personal attention my dog will receive?
•How many dogs do the business train at any given time?
•How many times a day will my dog be taken out to potty, play, train etc
•Will I get frequent updates in form of messages, calls, videos and pictures
•Are follow up services included or extra
•Does the business offer future boarding services
•Are support services such as group classes available
•Does the trainer take your dog home at the end of the program to work with you and your dog in its home environment

Ask yourself what’s important to you when it comes to the quality and enrichement of your dog’s training. Make sure that the trainers, the programs and the training facility check the boxes that matters the most to you, and that are imperative to your dog’s happiness and well-being.

Ex Boot Camper and return boarder Mini Aussie Oly is back to stay with us while his dad is filming a commercial. One of Oly’s absolute favorite things to do is to play fetch, so of course it’s on his daily list of activities.
