Today is my late husband’s 2 year mark since he’s passed away and it’s a very difficult time.
Please bear with me getting back to messages as I spend quality time with my 3 babies. (Ages 13,10,4)
He was active duty military so remember I give a 10% discount on all military- active and retired in his honor.

Sometimes life gets the absolute best of us, especially with how the world is right now trying to survive so I’m always grateful I have the opportunity to relieve some stress off of owners hands who also fall behind on grooms.
Now this sweet pup can start from square one and grow a healthy and beautiful coat thanks to his pup-parents for bringing him to me❤️

Hey everyone!! I have missed updating you all of the fur babies I’ve been grooming. The kids being out for summer and selling my home has had me busy x3 but I’ve enjoyed quality time with my Little’s 🥰
Also with my home selling I will still be grooming until the day I have buyers and then I will announce my new location when I’m settled in.

Thank you to everyone with the patience, trust, and grace on my journey ❤️

I hope y’all had the best and safest summer and look forward to many more grooms🫶🏼

I spy with my little eye the cutest little desk decor😉 Ruthie was an Olympic jumper back in her day because goodness this girl can jump! lol
Right now she’s embodying my mood for naps because of how busy I’ve been in the salon!
But that’s a blessing for sure! I can’t thank all of my clients enough for trusting me and the patience you’ve all given me with this my first year being open!
I appreciate everyone’s business!!

Sweet Smokey! Aren’t his two polka dot socks SO CUTE!!??
He was a stray that wouldn’t stop wondering in a couples yard and so they decided to just let him call that yard home and adopt him🥹🥰 His new pet parents are elderly and Smokey is so gentle and patient with them.
He was such a good boy while I gave him 3 deep baths due to being another skunk victim 😅
Ugh my heart is so happy he has a home🍑🐾🧡

Doodle brothers!! So full of personality and definitely spoiled by their pet parents 🥰
or as my kids Mimi likes to say “well loved not spoiled” 🤪
I’ve been so busy in the salon, I once again forgot pictures so Tuckers mama sent me some 😅
We had to go super short so we can get a restart on a healthy shiny coat grown in for these babies!
I can’t wait to see the magic we’re going to work✨

One of my favorite things about grooming rescues is earning their love and trust.
When animals have the term “rescues” it means more than likely they have a troubled past and majority have the hardest time trusting people and afraid of everything.
So put them in a salon with different scents, a loud dryer, and a stranger means I have my work cut out for me but my priority is patience.
I pay attention to their body language and try to make it as comforting as possible and eventually I get the tail wag, the kisses on the cheek while trimming them up, and some just rest their heads on my shoulder while I do my job.
It’s SO rewarding because that means I earned their trust.

Another day another skunk victim 🫢
I was in shock how badly that skunk got Thor. Lots and lots of elbow grease and double triple sniffing to be sure it was off of him and I got the victory 🥵😮‍💨
Being a groomer in the south, skunks are starting to become my worst enemy lol but it genuinely feels GREAT when I see clients excited and happy to be able to give their fur babies lovins again 🥰

I had my work cut out for me with these two!
These curious brothers got sprayed by a skunk so they got double the groom and double the lovin’🥴🤭
Winston and Buddy were true definitions of gentle giants 🥰
I was amazed at just how big their paws were so of course I had to take a comparison photo to show they really were said gentle giants!
They got baths, nails trimmed, sanitary cut, shaved paw pads, and a tidy trim around tail, body, and head. Their mama was so happy!

I had the joy of grooming beautiful Miss Dolly💖
She reminded me of a Dolly Parton quote -
“People ask, 'how you stay looking so young?' I say, well, good lighting, good doctors, and good makeup." - but in this baby’s case it’s a good GROOMER and good shampoo 😉

Before and after of her paws / paw pads because it is something that goes unnoticed understandably but keeping their paw pads shaved down is not only better for them but your floors too. They track less germs and dirt in the less fur it has to cling onto!
