UPDATE! Thank you so much to everyone who donated and shared!!
We are at $475 so exceeded our goal!
He will be able to completely pay off his feed bill and get hay for the next few months!
It has been so long since we have been able to help anyone through our Stable Homes Program and it feels amazing!
If you would like to donate to our Stable Homes Program and help more people keep their horses, please go to our website or Venmo below!!
It is such an important part of our mission statement!!
Thank you ALL!!!

Hi Everyone,
Meet Carino & Cita.
I am reaching out to our supporters to see if we might be able to help them!
I received a phone call today from a gentleman who has fallen on some hard times and needs a little bit of help to pay for some hay and grain for his horses.
If we can raise $300 for him, the person who provides his hay will give him enough hay and grain to last him for two months.
Speaking to him really broke my heart because right now, we are having trouble raising donations for the rescue, much less to help anyone else. He really loves his horses and could use a little boost!
I am asking that if you can help, please go to our website to donate or through Venmo.
Unfortunately, Facebook donations take too long for us to receive and he needs the help now!
If you want to help these two beautiful horses and the man who loves them, please go to:
https://equineassist.org/donate
or Venmo to
Thank you so much in advance!

Meet the newest member of our rescue and sanctuary! Little Girl!
She is a 16yo Arab Cross and the sweetest puppy dog ever!
Little Girl has DSLD and needed a place where she would be safe and given the love and attention she deserves.
She is slowly integrating into our herd of sanctuary horses and getting used to her new surroundings!
We are so happy to have her!!

We FINALLY finished putting up electric fences today. The horses werenโ€™t willing to wait and came running into the pasture yesterday! They loved the freedom! They were running up and down the hills! LOVE IT!!! So happy to finally get the pasture done!

They got all settled in at the fair grounds and Bayou decided it was a great time to put a nice gash over his eye!!
Praying for everyone affected by the fires!! Particular to our ranch owner

So thankful to Hilary Hansen and Hilary Merrill for coming so quickly and getting our horses out!!
