It’s never too early to start planning what you will be cooking this Easter! Or Passover! Or any other spring holiday or celebration! We are partial to a rack of pasture raised veal, or grass fed goat. We also adore serving individual Cornish hens for each guest. Or perhaps a perfectly crispy roast free range chicken?
