🥵 Yesterday was a tad warm🥵 horses was so glad to get a shower and put ice boots to cool them off. That is the best way to bring there temperature down. Not the shower. You got to make sure to scrape of the water because otherwise they will steam. Stay cool and safe out there 💕

Wow what an amazing three days at Western State Horse Expo. I want to thank Horse Expo, staff, volunteers and random people that help me this tree days. Without everyone stepping up to help me due to my back surgery I could not lift much so all of there help is priceless. And a big shout out to all the amazing riders that came to help me out to do the presentation 🤩😍🫶❤️ You guys are awesome 👏

My lower back surgery went well thanks to and My bathtub fall I am still struggling with my thoracic and rib pain. Trying anything at this time and thanks to Erin Purcha [email protected] I am getting some relief ❤️🤞❤️

Had x-rays to see how bad my ribs look🤦‍♀️ but on the positive side my back surgery stitches looks great and have some amazing relief from that just wish the pain from the ribs was not so bad. Thank you so much Waka for brining us dinner ❤️🙏❤️

Yaaaaa after 7 months waiting I finally got my new work boots from .fashion of course I will not be riding for a while due to my back surgery but it gives me time to walk around the house to break them in❤️‍🩹I am heading to KP to change my bandage and see how it looks and healing. Pain level is very good on the back not so much on the ribs😣
