These pups are back home!

**FOUND DOGS**
These two were found in Petaluma, 2000 block of Western Avenue in Petaluma. Both dogs have microchips that we are following up on, but posting in hopes of getting these two back home as quickly as possible! Black dog is spayed female, refererence , brown is male, reference . Have you heard about Haven Salon’s Holiday Party and Pet event? This Saturday, December 7th, 1pm-4pm! It’s Haven’s 7th annual event, benefitting our shelter. We are so enormously grateful for Haven and their clientele! They collect donations for our animals, both supplies and monetary, and our animals always score big time. Here are some pics of our animal dignitaries who will make an appearance (and are ready to go home with new families, btw!!) (*this list is subject to last minute substitutions, but it will be the kittens debut!) Don’t miss it! On this International Volunteer Day, it reminds us how invaluable our volunteers are to us and our animals; every day, you bring your love, dedication, patience, and hard work to our shelter to make our animals lives better. And you do make a difference. We honestly don’t have words to thank you for what you bring! And thank you to our behind-the-scenes volunteers; our foster parents who bring animals into their homes, whether bottle baby kittens, senior cats, dogs in need of extra support, and the million other reasons our animals need one-on-one care. We appreciate you all!

**FOUND CAT**
This gorgeous kitty was found on Stony Point Rd. in Petaluma; neutered male, with a microchip. His name is Wilson according to his microchip, and we are following up on contact info for his family. In the meantime, call if you know him! 707-762-6227, refer to A57399361. Thank you!

Woot Woot! Great news! Beans has been adopted!! This sweet boy was pretty overwhelmed when he arrived with us, but with tlc (and many kudos to our awesome volunteers!) he showed us what a very cool pup he was. And it all leads to this- Beans' happy ending! Thank you for adopting!

Here, kitty kitty! This bobcat was spotted by a citizen, hiding behind a garbage can in the back of a department store last night!! Our animal control officer was called, and he (she?) was safely captured. Described by our officer as 'not a happy camper', he is now with our friends at Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue. Many thanks to the citizen who called this in, and Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue for taking care of this magnificently beautiful bobcat; it takes a village!

This Saturday! December 7th! Come join the amazing ladies at Haven Salon California in Cotati for the BEST holiday event ever- their 7th (Yes!! 7th!!) Annual Holiday Party! This is seriously the most fun ever- and it comes with animals! Michelle, Nicholle and everyone at Haven Salon are true animal lovers, and so are their dedicated clientele. Just take a look at some pics from previous events; they haven’t missed a year! Rain, COVID, doesn’t matter, they’re there on point. We appreciate their support of our animals, and that of their clients, more than words can describe. Free microchip clinic for The City of Petaluma - Government and Town of Windsor, CA pets! Give your pets a safety net if they ever become lost. They're free! No charge! And they come with free lifetime registration. Two locations- our shelter in Petaluma, 840 Hopper St., and our Windsor office, 8465 Old Redwood Hwy Suite 210. This coming Wednesday, December 4th, 2pm-4pm. Be prepared for weather in case there's a line!

Have you had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany? This chic little kitty is a playful princess with a tail so long and fluffy it could be its own celebrity! At just 1-1/2 years young, she's cool with other polite kitties but isn't exactly rolling out the welcome mat for dogs. Stop by and say hi to Tiffany! Sprinkles! Such a sweetie. He’s just under two years old, and he will be your best 4 legged partner! He’s all about people. The sun’s out, it’s going to be a beautiful day, wouldn’t it be grand to have Sprinkles along with you for a walk around the neighborhood? We are recommending he go to a home with no children as he really, really, loves his toys and prefers not to share; this doesn’t mean he doesn’t like kids! Sprinkles is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and his adoption is sponsored through the end of the year by Thrifty Paws ! Come meet him!

This 5 year old beagle is looking for a family to love him forever and ever; he has great house manners, great with other dogs (unknown for kitties) and has lived very successfully with kids. Duck loves every dog he meets! And Mandy, our Doberman, thinks he's quite the dude. She loves him! So fun to have play groups, and we learn so much about our dogs. We already know Duck is amazing, and our Mandy is a sweetheart. We have so many truly nice dogs waiting for you! And Duck has been with us quite a long time; we would love to see him (and all our animals!) in a forever home. Meet AAA! He's new to us, and we're still getting to know him. He's pretty nervous, and it took some time and patience to win his trust; and then a breakthrough- he loves toys! Puppies!!! We have puppies! And they're ready for foster-to-adopt. These babes are just back from foster care where they got a great start on life; raised by their Doberman mom Shayla, they just hit 2 months of age. Now they're hanging out in room 1 at our shelter, ready to meet you! We think they'll be good sized; we think dad was possibly a shepherd, but we're not sure. 3 boys, 6 girls, come see them at 840 Hopper St. Petaluma!

Mama dog Allspice is going to make someone such an amazing canine partner! She is truly lovely. 3 years old, sweet as pie, friendly with other dogs, and nice house manners. She’ll stay with her foster mom until she finds a home of her own, so ask about meeting Allspice. Here’s the latest from her foster mom- "Update on foster mama, AllSpice. She went to an off-leash dog park for the first time and did awesome! Played with her vizsla friends and met some new friends. Kept close and responded to recall with treats. Would make an awesome dog for an active person who likes to get outside. But also great for someone who wants to play at home and cuddle on the couch. Loves attention!"
