The Story of Ladybug

Ladybug’s Story By: Lacy Bates, LLMSW

I was born on June 1st 2019 in Caro, Michigan, my birth Mum is – and my Dad is –. I have ten natural born brothers and sisters. When I was born I was color-coded and became Yellow Girl, which is my favorite color. I was so excited to find my forever home and first choose a fantastic family who has a mini-farm in Metamora, Michigan. They are wonderful people. Before I went home with them I learned that Lacy was looking for the perfect therapy pup, and I knew that was who I was meant to be. Lacy and Howard came to meet me and we were a perfect match. Now I’m a Northern Michigan girl and I live in a home where every person has a pup! I love long walks, playing tug of war with Ace (my adopted Pomeranian Uncle) and sleeping. My biggest hope is that I can sit with you and request belly rubs, hear your stories, and feel you scratching my head. Make sure you talk with Lacy a little too.
