7WKS NOW AND LOVING TO BOTHER THE OLD FOLKS. STILL LOOKING FOR LOVING FAMILIES
In 2002 I started breeding yellow labs. I breed to optigen A dogs so none carry the blindness disease, and only breed to good or excellent hips.

I worked in a vet hospital for 10 years. I tried breeding Rotties first. I love that breed, but they need a certain kind of person and I had all the wrong kind of people come to buy my pups.
I then decided that a mellow dog would be the way to go, so I searched for a Lab for a year and finally found a good one from Luv a Lab Kennels in Elizabeth, CO. This was in the year 2000. I had her hips rated and began my journey. One litter a year was good for me, I got my puppy fix and felt like a stork giving away babies. I am now retired and have 2 females to breed every year. I found Linda Vaughn in 2005 and use her males primarily. She has been breeding and showing Labs for 50 years. She has prodigy all over the world and has taught me so much! You can peruse her at simerdown.com. I currently do not have a website. I only bought my 1st computer in Dec. 2019, so that may change.
I strive for great dogs. Smart, healthy and mellow. Some of my pups are great hunters. Some are shown, and one is a service dog. Labs are great with children and other dogs! I have so many testimonials from my puppy buyers on how smart and easy they were to train. Quite a few have come back for more! (smile) I hope you find your perfect canine friend soon! It is GREAT to be owned by a Lab!
