As deer season starts be sure to give your taxidermist enough cape to work with. The last thing you want is a short cape that can’t be used.

Also be aware that as soon as that animal dies, bacteria starts to grow and destroy the cape. Get it out of the woods, process it asap and get it frozen, refrigerated or on ice.

Finished a wall pedestal for a very good friend of ours today. Rock textured back with whitetail prints.
