Notice of Credit Card Surchage

Dear Pet Parents

Doggy Day Out will soon be changing its Merchant Services (credit card processing) Company and credit cards will no longer be incorporated into our reservation system.

Along with the change, we will begin charging a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions.

This surcharge can be avoided by using these payment methods:

Cash
Debit Cards
Apple Pay or similar mobile payment apps
Checks (Up to $500)

As we transition, we may ask you to provide your physical credit card until our new database catches up. We appreciate your patience during this transition.
