Q: What is the microchip insertion process like?
A: It's simple! First, we'll scan your pet to make sure they don't already have a microchip. Then, we'll check the chip we're about to place to make sure it's working. While we distract your pet with treats or a toy, we'll insert the microchip into your pet's neck scruff using a needle. Finally, we'll double-check the chip is working and make sure it's placed properly!

Are you ready to keep your furry friends safe in an emergency? Here's how to create a pet emergency kit and plan your escape route:

Make a Pet Emergency Kit:
- Veterinary records (rabies & vaccinations)
- Medications & prescriptions
- Leashes, collars, & ID
- Collapsible carriers for cats or small dogs
- Current photos of your pets
- Toys, treats, pet beds

Have an Escape Route:
- Practice safety drills monthly
- Know your pet's hiding spots
- Assign roles for rescuing each pet
- Designate a meeting spot outside
