Zion being a good boy ♥️ STILL AVAILABLE!
Little Lulu had her first experience in Norco today! Her second trail ride and I really threw it all at her with water crossings, traffic, carrying back saddle bags for the first time and tying on the street to stop and eat. She did great! Some spooky moments but nothing unmanageable. She is turning into such a little gem!
Sometimes you just gotta let your tongue fly in the wind! 😂 so regal 🤦🏻♀️
Lulu is doing good! Finally starting to relax and get more comfortable with a rider. She will be for a beginner rider eventually so everything we do is very calm and mellow and as quiet as we can make it! Love working this little nugget! She wants to learn ♥️
The Run for a Million reining show was amazing this year! Saw a couple of my favorites! And as an added bonus “Spooks Gotta Whiz” came out of retirement to lay down an amazing run! So awesome to see my colts sire and how many similarities there are between the two 🥰 perfect experience!
Kahlua update
Kahlua update: This girl has a bit of an issue retaining information and has had some broken training here and there so we are working currently on building a better frame for her. We are working a circle better and starting to round out and get a nicer headset however, now we are trying to put both things together! Hard stuff for her! lol she needs to be reset often and reminded often but that’s okay! Baby steps for this little girl! Celebrate the efforts!
Lulu
Lulu update: since we are trying to make this girl as broke and solid as possible I’m spending a lot of time with desensitizing. The goal is for her to become a solid kids pony. She is taking all things in stride and using her brain. I adore this pony she is a true gem!
Rip
SOLD!
RIP: grade QH family rope horse
Khalua
Ms. Kahlúa working it out! The biggest focus with this girl is getting her to move properly and balanced. She has a tendency to ride very heavy in the front and her head turned out so we have focused heavily on that. We are starting to get a more rounded body and filtering nose to work a circle properly. Next step is getting that headset down and getting her to move balanced from nose to tail. Always work in progress!
Meet cricket!! This adorable little Andalusian is my borrowed horse for norco horse week 😁 he’s teaching me the Spanish ways 😂 don’t judge me I’m just learning this style of riding! lol
