Rebranding alert... As life has been changing we are excited to announce we are refocusing and making a few changes. In May our son will be born so we have decided to take only a few horses for training and focus on giving riding lessons.
We recently sent some freeze brand options to the Pennsylvania department of agriculture and they chose the "Lazy JM" brand to represent our business. We will create a new page Lazy JM Ranch where you can follow our lesson program.

Happy Halloween from lost spur ranch we ended up taking our crew in the towanda pa Halloween parade over the weekend and will be celebrating tonight in troy pa at the local parade.

Don't you dare tell her that her dreams are too big. Don't tell her that she's too young or too small for such things. Don't put your fears on her plate just because you're not hungry anymore. Don't say can't to her face, or even use it in your vocabulary. Don't educate her about nerves in front of the crowd, don't train her to bow down. Don't show her excuses of why not or a list of the odds. Don't let her smell fear on your breath, when you speak of her plans. Don't let her realize there is a thief called self doubt. Don't bring out the measuring tape when the competition comes near. Don't let her see disappointment or find pity when she makes a mistake. Don't let her think she's alone by not teaching God's word. For He made her fierce as a lion & gave her a champion's heart. He blessed her with gifts of fearlessness & a strong work ethic. He put it in her DNA to pursue goals just out of her reach. He colored her eyes focused & prepared her hands to conquer whatever battle she chooses. And as a daughter of the Son, she will be a strong warrior, for she will never be alone. He will send His angels down to guard her, for Cowgirls are sometimes too courageous. And He will mount her on a fast horse, so she can chase down those big dreams.

We are thinking about doing an afternoon kids camp it would be tuesday through Friday haven't set a date yet. Kids would come from 3 until 6 and would get a chance to learn the basics of riding caring for horses as well as having a crafts, roping practice, and other fun activities. Or would a 2 day weekend camp work better same idea but it would be from 10 am Saturday and Sunday until 4 in the afternoon just throwing around ideas for now. Ages would be from 7 to 15

Just a reminder we still have a few spots left for lessons any student that signs up by the end of the month will be able to show at the end of the year as well as will be getting there first set of lessons for 100 instead of the regular 125. The set of lessons include 4 lessons 😀
