🐾 Meet Hilda 🐾

🐾 Hilda was initially adopted from Kitten Snatchers as a kitten, but was recently returned to the rescue and is patiently awaiting her forever home. She was very scared to be brought back, but has warmed up to be a wonderful house cat. Hilda may take a little extra time to settle into her new home and come out of her shell, so she would appreciate having a quiet space for the first few days as she adjusts to all the new sights & smells. This pretty grey girl is the SSS of cat personality traits: Sweet, Silly, and Sassy. She even gets a bonus S for Squeaky, as her adorable little meow sounds just like a squeaky toy or creaky door. Hilda loves snacking on Churu treats, chasing ribbon toys, gazing out the window, and curling up in a warm lap.

Meet the cutest unconventional pair – George (11-year-old senior cat) and Stella (5-month-old kitten)! 🐾 They’ve been inseparable since day one, playing non-stop and keeping each other company. George has truly found his youth again, chasing toys alongside Stella like a kitten himself! 🐱💨 And when it’s nap time, they always sleep snuggled up together. 💤

🐾 Meet Space Ghost 🐾

🐾 Space Ghost is a super hero from Ghost Planet aka NE Philly. He was found by a Good Samaritan and was scooped right up and brought inside. He is a silly boy who has a hard time deciding what he wants; he wants love but he also wants to be left alone. I’m sure he is likely searching for his pals Zorack and Brak but for now he’s stuck here with too many furry friends. Space Ghost would be a great only pet to the right adopter. He has his cuddly side but is still young and enjoys playing hard and rough. He would also do well in a home with 1-2 other pets and possibly would do better without dogs in the home. Since Space Ghost can play a little hard at times he shouldn’t go to home with young children since he can get a little overstimulated. His finder did tell us that her son is autistic and Space Ghost and him were the best of pals so he might be a great emotional support cat. I think Space Ghost is still learning his place in the world; he was likely a young dumped pet who had been moved around a lot and is longing for a stable planet (home) of his own. Don’t miss out on this handsome boy he is ready to be your Valentine!

🐾 Meet Bubba gump 🐾

🐾 This big cheeked, chatty boy walked right into his finder’s house right before the snow blew in. He is extremely friendly, always chirping and asking for pets and chin scratches. He has BKE (big kitten energy) and we believe he’s about 1 year old. He LOVES chasing his mice toys and digging through the toy box to find more, but he is also perfectly content lounging with a human while they do their human things. He is integrating easily with the resident cats, he continues his exploration unbothered while they hiss at him, so we believe he would do well in a home with another cat friendly cat

🐾 Meet Sweet Cheeks 🐾

🐾 Sweet Cheeks lives up to his name as he is both a sweet orange buddy and he has the biggest and most amazing kitty cheeks ever. He is a very affectionate boy who loves to follow his people around everywhere and curls up close by — a true velcro kitty. He’s a big boy with a little head tilt that makes him look perpetually quizzical and extra precious. Sweet Cheeks does really well with other cats (he lives in peace with eight others right now), but would prefer a home without a dog (not a fan).

After 5 days of relentless effort, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve finally rescued all four of these precious 6-7 week old kittens from the freezing cold. ❄️

Saturday, we managed to get the two sickest—one with a ruptured eye and the other with a severe URI. Along the way, we faced a few challenges (including bites!), and two kittens ran off. But we didn’t give up.

Sunday and Monday were tough, but persistence paid off! With a squirrel trap and some patience, the third kitten was trapped Monday night, and the last one made their way into the trap today! 🙏

These four babies—Niklaus, Rebekah, Freya, and Hope Mikaelson—are now safe, warm, and will receive the medical treatment they desperately need. While they’re not yet available for adoption, they’ll soon be ready to find their forever homes.

In the meantime, we’re accepting donations to help cover their care. Thank you for your support! 🐾💖

🚨 New rescue alert 🚨 Meet Klaus and Rebekah Mikaelson, our newest additions pulled from the streets just yesterday. These sweet 6-week-olds are incredibly sick, and we’re doing everything we can to get them healthy. 💔

Sadly, Rebekah has suffered a ruptured eye that will require surgery, but for now, we’re focusing on stabilizing them. Their 2 siblings are still out there, and we’ll do our best to bring them in, especially with the cold front moving in. 🐾

🐾 Sweet little Sunshine was found in a box outside just after Christmas by a wonderful Good Samaritan who didnt hesitate to take Sunny in and find a safe foster home for her. Despite her rough start out in the cold, Sunny is the sweetest and most affectionate girl you could ask for. She loves all humans and begins purring as soon as she gets cheek scratches or head rubs. She loves curling up and napping on her foster, getting pets and belly rubs and, befitting her name, wants nothing more than a warm sunny spot to curl up in. Due to her rough start to life, Sunny can be a little cautious around new cats and can take a day or two to warm up before she realizes she’s around friends, but would be great in a home with a calmer older cat sibling who can be a great snuggle buddy.
