As the holiday approaches, we would like to extend a friendly reminder to all our clients to consider calling in ALL prescriptions, INCLUDING anxiety medications, before September 2nd. This proactive measure will greatly assist our staff in ensuring that all medications are promptly prepared and ready for pickup before our office closure at 4 PM on September 1.

We understand that fireworks can be distressing for our beloved pets, and it is our priority to support their well-being during this time. Today was their last shift as they begin/continue their journey at the University of Pennsylvania - Penn Vet program! We are delighted to introduce one of our newest primary veterinarians, Dr. Leia Chung, to the Philadelphia Animal Hospital team!

Dr. Chung brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice. She will be performing surgeries as well as general appointments, ensuring the best care for your pets.

When she's not caring for beloved animal companions at the hospital, you can often find her dining out at local restaurants or snuggled up with her three cats, Yuki, Momo, and Appa. Dr. Chung is a local resident, previously residing in Marple Township, PA, and received her degree in Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University.

We warmly welcome Dr. Chung to our team and look forward to the compassionate care and expertise she will provide to our clients and their cherished pets!
