The journey through vet school is intense—academically and emotionally. Unfortunately, these challenges don't end after graduation. The mental health struggles veterinarians face are real and pressing.

This article highlights how vet schools are stepping up to address these issues, providing future vets with essential mental health support and resources. It's crucial for the profession to foster resilience and well-being. That's why we, too, provide our vets at IndeVets with full mental health support and resources, including access to our dedicated Veterinary Social Worker, Dave Shuey.
