ACCT Lifesaving (responsible for at-risk or time-stamped animals and rescue partnerships). Email is [email protected]. Hours of operation are:

ACCT Foster (responsible for animals in

foster finding placement & evaluating foster applications). Email is [email protected]. Hours of operation are:

You can also message Philly Urgents and a volunteer will do their best to respond to serious questions and comments. Hateful and inappropriate comments or chats will be deleted or hidden at the discretion of the Philly Urgents volunteers. By fostering or adopting an animal from the shelter, you are saving the animal's life as well as the life of the dog or cat who takes their kennel because you adopted or fostered the animal before them!
